I agree, I'm on episode 30 and I found this SFL plot unnecessary, just annoying and only serves to create drama for the couple, but it's unnecessary because there are literally so few episodes left, I don't know if this drama has it because I haven't seen it all yet, but it's like the plot of the leads separating, when there's like not a lot of episodes left to finish the drama and then they get back together and it fells rushed lol, and that's how you make rushed endings, when you use unnecessary plot points, instead of gradually building up to the conclusion and resolving everything that needed resolving instead of adding new problems almost at the end of the drama...

Yeah, but I was just explaining the difference between the two and giving some info, since in one the protagonist went back in time when she was younger(this one), while in the other she technically possessed someone's body after her death(Female General), So in one aspect it makes sense for her and others to treat it was a dream since what happened in the other timeline didn't happen in this new timeline after going back in time(this one), and in Female General the protagonist couldn't possibly say the same, since she's in the same timeline where her original body died, so it kind of gonna leans towards people thinking that she is reincarnated, or possessed this new body after death, actually, in Female General, she doesn't really tell ML, he finds out on his own and tests her to see if it's true, so when he confronts her, she doesn't deny what he already suspected, the fact that she is the General whom he knew as He Rufei, and he became suspicious of her being the general because of her sword skills

The novel of Female General is different because here she travels back in time in her own body, while in Female General she remains in the same timeline where she died, but in someone else's body a short time later after her death in her original body, basically, she possesses the body of someone with the same name as her, but with a different family and everything. This is why she's weaker, as the body wasn't hers and hadn't been trained

At the end of the drama, my only thought when he asked her name was that she would turn to the camera and say, "My name is Shin Hae Sun, and everything that has happened up to this point is fake. I am an actress and this is the set of a drama... THE END" LOL 😂

That's my point, I don't have a problem with the casting, but rather that the character is bad and boring, I couldn't like her character which made this couple between her and the model boring to watch.

Personally, my problem was that they made an unpleasant character have a romance line that they want us to ship and root for, but since I didn't like the character, I didn't root for them to be together, that's why I found this part of the story boring, because I couldn't ship the two together or root for this couple

For me the problem wasn't even the casting, but i think her character is just bad, the writing and personality of the character are not likeable for me. I didn't like her, maybe if the character was better and more likeable it would have been better

I found Pu Tao similar to He Xuanlin For a moment I thought they were the same person, I went to look at the cast and it wasn't lol

What I found funny about her comment is that she said that Petrichor lacks something because it is directed by a man, completely ignoring the fact that it has two directors, and one of them is a woman. And if I'm not mistaken, this woman was the main director of the project.
