without a contract, there's no evidence for such an accusation. Espc. because standard contracts always imply the transfer of rights. The only thing that comes to my mind why would Tencent wish to diminish the popularity of the GotD is its similarity to JoL and the season 3 of that drama which they've promised soon. Must think about it, bc as you've reported (I don't doubt about your truthful report), it doesn't make much sense to me
Can someone explain to how xu qi an poem in ep 23 is sarcastic?
The key to understand the poem is its title "Mr Sun on the Sangbo case". Sangbo case is XQ's case, it was entrusted to him by the emperor, and was solved by HIM by delivering a runaway Zhou Chixiong to the court and everybody in the court knows it was a great achievement (he accomplished tnx to the nΒ°2, but that's another story, nobody knows how he fulfilled practically impossible task, after all other leads were cut-killed).
Everybody raises children and wants them to be wise (implying: who comes after me on this case is like a child for me, I mean well to him)
I was ruined by my wisdom. (ie: the rest of the case is taken away from me, because of my wits and skills)
I only wish for my child to be foolish and simple, suffering no hardship or disaster
(ie. so who comes after me should only be a fool and without merits in order not to meet hardship I've gone through - and he would have been executed if he didn't solve the case)
to become a public official/minister (bc public officials/ministers won't meet the hardship if they are fools or play dumb)
This drama is pulling in so many views why the hell is it not crossing 30k heat index on tencent. Now I am 100%…
why would they sabotage their own product? From which they can also gain a great collateral income, think about gadgets of loong (who doesn't want that dragon?), kui, fox lady and other creatures that will come till the end?...
She will come back.Don't worry our ML will be travelling for his cases, maybe they will meet that way.
After the kiss, she runs away leaving him a letter with many thanks for suggesting her "to do what she wants". Call her stupid, he is a hooked fish now. πππ
so right ! This drama made me look into the Director's works. I will start watching all of them. He is great.
If you want to switch the genre (bc Heroic Husband is always a "time travel" comedy), check first Miss S, an entertaining detective comedy set in (very fictional) Republican era. For some reason, I think you'll like it.
he is great, indeed, but this one is his best directing so far.Have you noticed his appearance in ep 1, as a jailer?
I also liked a lot how he arranged and cut the scenes in My Heroic Husband, directed the actors, always maintaining the pace, balancing well between humour, frenzy and sweetness. As for Dylan, I'm not here for him (although he certainly delivers well the lead character and I am glad he does) but for the well crafted story in high level production
MDL rating 8.5. We finally achieved the minimum rating that GOTD should have on MDL due to the fact that the users…
MDL's users ain't picky, the fact is that the initial ratings tend to be influenced by people who dropped/ disliked the drama (or its genre or a certain character) in early stages or are simply haters of certain actors or productions. This is why they are usually underrated before they end. The most seen (and appreciated) by the MDL's users "idol dramas" also tend to be influenced by fandoms in early stages (when they are regularly overrated, only later they start to drop). Although Wang Hedi can be considered an idol, this drama is not of that kind.
The ratings stabilise when the ratio between the votes expressed and "watchers" is 1:3, because the large majority of viewers (like me) don't express their rating before the very ending. The current ratio is about 1:10 with steady upwards trend and, if nothing significantly negatively impacts, the final rating will be much higher than this one.
In the preview of chapter 24 you can see that the protagonist's room is very big so they already have the new…
I've noticed a different room, too, but I've thought he's already on his trip to Yuzhou (in ep 23 trl he retrieved the stolen silver and in ep 25 trl he meets nΒ°2). Why would he come back home?
Sorry if I sound rude, but it makes even less sense

Are you sure about it?
She is not malicious to intentionally hook anybody
