I didn't want to watch this at first but my coworker kept pestering me about it. I'm glad I did. It was better than I expected. Most of the actors/actresses were not just pretty faces. The only downside was the unnecessary draggy parts but I knew that since it's a Cdrama. That's why I didn't want to watch. Overall great series.

What a random spur of the moment watch and it was good. I'm so amazed how well this played out in just 7 episodes. It didn't feel rushed, overwhelming, or draggy. My favorite was how the Dr always made his nurse be the guinea pig.

What a breath of fresh air from all of these dramas. I'm honestly glad I jumped in without knowing too much about the show. Reading the synopsis after watching the show, IMO it's slightly misleading. All I knew JCW and HIY were the main roles and it was a musical. Never imagined it to be psychological as part of the genres. Also, who knew JCW could sing? 😍 (Found out after the fact that he has an extensive background of musical theater! My love for him always growing!) Anyway, it's funny though. I kept forgetting it was a musical so when they break out in song, it kind of interrupts the moment but not in a bad way. I don't really want to do a deep dive on the series but it's interesting how they highlighted these themes such as losing their childhood innocence, the emotional cost of growing up, and heavy burden of societal expectations.

Okay I just finished the series. I need to word dump while it's still fresh in my brain. I am amazed by these actors. They took on such a mature role as their first drama together and they are so young. Was it perfect? No. Was it partially due to lack of experience? Probably. Honestly though, with the care of the director, writers, and crew, they could have fooled me. I can't wait to see these actors grow as they do more series or movies. The series itself was a little unsettling but in a good way to keep the watcher guessing and question everything. I don't want to give out too much but I love those comedic moments to kind of break up that tension. Side note, am I the only one who dislikes Zhang Zhun / Gao Zhun's assistant? Couldn't stand him always butting in. Anyway, idk if it's in the recs but this kind of reminds me of another series I watched called Method (I think) Short kdrama very similar motif.

Also if you're reading comments before watching, make sure you watch till the end. They have little tidbits after each episode. Thank goodness I checked otherwise I would have missed it.

RIGHT? Not every supporting role needs to have a significant other especially if it doesn't add anything to the overall picture.

Glad it made you laugh. This isn't the first time where an actor looked like someone I know and it killed it for me 🤣.

I can't handle the tears! They cry, I cry! This show was just a breath of fresh air from all the kdramas I've been watching. There's so much love, warmth, and cuteness aggression. I can't wait for a season 2!!

Had to see what the hubbub was about with the "Korean John Cena." Did not disappoint. Love the show all around. It has it's highs and lows and it actually made me tear up a little at some parts.

Watched this movie because I wanted to compare it to the original Japanese one. Both are.... interesting in their own ways, but for some reason, if I had to choose, I'd choose the Korean version.

Well damn... I just dived right in without really knowing what I was getting myself into. I blame IG Reels. Definitely different from what I usually watch but this was a very interesting psychological drama movie for sure. Can't wait to compare it to the Korean version!
