Two episodes in - this show is such a no brainer. Just like the theme song, the two best friends of Asamiya really act like NPCs. They do shit without any reason and just play onto clichés. A meh watch so far, but the one thing I liked is the back story of mc's fear of dating, and it isn't just playing into the shy mc/afraid MC trope because he has reason to be like that. Gonna continue watching and see if it gets better
Really cried for Masumi omg.. Poor boy he really needs a break from everything that's happened to him. I do not understand why he would go back to Ritsu but as long as he is happy. I guess when the world is about to end, people will go back to their instincts. Masumi is definitely not rational at all but I understand since it's probably going to be the end of the world. I still don't really root for the couple, but I really like each of the character's backstory and story arc. I felt like Ritsu's character as a whole is very interesting because he made me go from hating him to only disliking him, not trying to justify his actions. I would love to have a special episode to see how their relationship develops over time, and I absolutely don't mind conflict in their relationship because I felt like that was needed.
I like Yuma and Meguru's character arcs. I hoped these 4 do reunite after the happy ending. In the end of ep 8, Yuma's scene was a bit goofy lol. Also, I would like to know why or how Ritsu gained those pills, and what is Yuma exactly.
Overall I feel bittersweet and conflicted, and it's the first time I really like the storytelling of a bl more than the couple. 9/10.

My fav characters besides the main leads are probably Hosaka and Mikoto they give such good advice and to be really honest I swear our couple would not be together without hosaka's help LOL like he's literally tired of them having a misunderstanding every other day LMAO. He's our certified GOAT!

I love this series but was lowkey so frustrated that they don't even hug or touch apart from the first episode. Like why was I so happy when Kai helped Hajime with his suit and tie like in ep 1 that's the last intimate moment we got which is crazyy😅
