common...you can save yourself the advice. I watch this series closely enough to form my own personal opinions about the characters and interpretations of situations.

Not everyone has to see the situation the same way you do. It's not about the character, but about the situation both characters find themselves in. Mr. Captain gave Wayu everything he needed and thus tied him to himself, making Wayu his debtor. Officially, however, he's dating the daughter of some prominent figure, chosen by his father, only because he can't disobey him. I'm also certain that the money Krit sent Wayu and the apartment they lived in together didn't come from the police captain's paycheck, but from funds provided by his family. So, if it weren't for the family's financial position, Captain Krit wouldn't have much to offer.

Oh man, did I really get hurt, just because I have a different opinion? Yes, I believe that love that has to be hidden from the world won't bring happiness in the long run, even if the person you love has given you a chance to survive and helped you through a tragic life situation. To me, however, it looks more like undying gratitude and a sense of loyalty because of this... what good is such love to me if the person you love won't stand by you bravely against the odds? It's like being the lover of a married man who supports you financially and helps you, but officially there's nothing between you. Okay, okay, that's my opinion, so don't try to convince me anymore, okay?

That's right, you wrote it beautifully, but in real life, this kind of love brings only sadness and unhappiness. What good is it if Krif loves Wayu so much that his wishes come first and he helped Wayu so much, if that love can't last just because Krif can't disappoint his father? As for Mind, yes, he may be less mature, but he's honest, and if Wayu decided to be with him, it would be a relationship between people on the same level; both students, the same age, and in the same environment. It's clear that Mind wouldn't have any problems with Wayu's job and would probably join his friends from the bar. Personally, I wouldn't choose the captain's "great love," because what's the point if I couldn't realistically be in first place anyway? I would be grateful to him for his help for the rest of my life, but a relationship with such a person would not bring me happiness.
A very unpopular opinion; I'd like Wayu to stay with Mind as a result. Wayu would have a safe haven and loyalty with him, as well as official confirmation of their relationship. Captain Krit is immature and cowardly in his personal life and should have told his father what he thinks of all this a long time ago. Besides, I bet Father has dirt under his fingernails, which is why he's pushing his son into marriage so he'll focus more on his wife than chasing criminals. LOL other than that, it's a great series, I even cried a few times...
Oh my god, a wonderful manga adaptation, fantastically acted, with sensitivity and absolute professionalism. I love stories for mature audiences performed by experienced actors because you can feel their experience, and they can convey every feeling and emotion with every tiny nuance. However... I'm not entirely satisfied. Yes, the ending was sweet, with tears of joy, and the fact that Kouhey got the keys to Kento's apartment and then the reminder that he had to call before coming over really reminded me that Kento didn't fully embrace Kouhey, because the line should have been: You can come over anytime you want, no matter the time of day or night. That's why it only gets 8/10.
It's a cute show with adorable boys—exactly what a girl audience wants. The cinematography is gorgeous, the sets are fantastic, and I really appreciate the authenticity. The lead actress is truly talented.
The main couple looks great overall, but Progress really stands out because of his acting talent. Almond is handsome and pretty, and girls probably swoon over him, but his acting is weaker and a bit dull… or maybe that's just the role? I don't know! But if the show doesn't show them kissing, I don't know what will. Sure, Progress is only 17 and Almond is 18, but teenagers that age kiss, and if they do it with their peers, that's perfectly normal. I want to see a kiss!
I don't really know what to think about this series. I don't know whether to take it seriously or as some kind of "living manga" joke or something. The episodes are so short that every time I get used to what I'm seeing, it's over... but I have to admit, the actors are really good; suddenly, this flat, cartoon manga begins to gain depth. As for the NC scenes, because they're the main image of the series, they're funny. If they were real, they'd be pure pornography, but in the "animated" version (I don't know how to call this kind of theatricality in a series), they're entertaining, in no way reflecting what's actually happening between these two people. However, if there's an end, which it will be next week, I won't miss this series at all. It simply didn't make any impression on me; I only watch them because it's different.
Can I be disappointed? I can, right? Just as the series started off strong and had a great pace, it became more sluggish with each episode, only to lose momentum completely by the end. Such are my feelings of dissatisfaction and slight boredom. I admit, I didn't need to watch that erotic scene in white underwear and socks performed by Dean and Jack. I felt much better before I had seen it and could've easily gone without it... I know Erth and Mixx are really good at it, but this time it was meh! The situation (in my personal opinion) was saved by Raffy and Rome, because the rest was simply boring and unnecessarily cliched, unnatural kisses... ugh... too bad, I expected much more from these great couples! (Joss Gawin completely squandered their potential)
Oh man, I love it! Since Ryo has been in love with Zen for a long time, he's handling it well, but Zen, who recently fell head over heels for Ryo, is completely thrown off balance. LOL. The moral of the story: You shouldn't fall in love, otherwise you'll lose your mind and won't be able to concentrate. Suddenly, work isn't the most important thing anymore, you can't control your thoughts, you daydream, and everything spins in your head until you collapse. So, just stay successful, calm, and single!!!
That was just a joke, of course. The story is great, the two actors are fantastic, and they have perfect chemistry. I really love it and desperately need a happy ending for Ryo and Zen—for my heart, my mind, and my inner peace! Please, please, please!
I don't dispute that in my comment at all. In general, I like the series, as I already wrote. My only problem is the lack of chemistry between the main characters, which detracts from the viewing experience. That's my personal opinion.
I waited for a few episodes to come out so I wouldn't have to wait every week, and I've just finished watching episode 7. Overall, I like it; the series is so sunny, the scenery is gorgeous, and it captures the feeling of a small Taiwanese fishing and tourist village. I also like the concept, but the main couple just doesn't quite click for me: the two main characters. While I really like the supporting couple and the boys at school, the main couple simply doesn't work for me. It's not that I don't think they're good actors, absolutely not. They play their roles very well, but watching the action, seeing their interactions, and considering that it's a romance, I don't feel it in their performance. The main couple simply lacks chemistry, in my personal opinion. There's so much emotion, so much has happened, so much tension and feelings, but I don't feel it between them. It's a shame, because this could have been one of my favorite Taiwan BLs. I'm still watching but I don't think I'll change my mind about the main couple.
Wow, what a beautiful story, brilliantly executed. The two couples are so different, yet perfectly matched. I truly enjoyed the series and eagerly awaited each new episode every week. The only thing I missed—and please don't call me perverse—was a NC scene at the end of the series. For seven episodes, the two characters were like brothers and soulmates, and only at the very end did they reassure each other that their love was romantic. That's why I so desperately wanted a romantic and NC scene at the end of the episode, a kind of seal of their relationship. LOL !!!!!
A truly beautiful series, with great cinematography, music, and the whole nostalgic setting is fascinating. But why does it take the main couple so long to understand what's happening? They're super intelligent, and yet they interpret their feelings as "best friends"? Even the secondary couple managed to come to an understanding within three episodes, despite their much more difficult circumstances.
I hope this series doesn't end with some drama like "going abroad to study and meeting by chance after 15 years when both have wives and three children." Please don't!
I'm actually only interested in Raffy and Rome. I don't know what happened, but where did that amazing chemistry between Joss and Gawin go, and why is the Jack and Dean story so boring and lacking in energy? Aou and Boom really do all the work in this show, at least in my eyes... of course, the "hidden ad" for Calvin Klein shorts should be mentioned, great, especially the red one on Joss!
