I get where you come from, I, too, actually think that it would've been much better if they released The Art of…
That's the case with all thrillers as well as mysteries. It works on adrenaline and i won't have the same adrenaline a week later.

If koreans like it, it must be good. Domestic audience is generally fair with rating

Art of negotiation has ...such low rating on MDL that I am surprised by this.I trust korean rankings more though. International fans tend to watch dramas simply for big names or faces that they know...but koreans will call out bad acting if they see it. Domestic audience can geberally judge the quality better (generally!) . I will choose to binge watch it after all episodes are released. Kdramas will eventually lose its spot to Chinese dramas because of 2 EP per week thing. Get with time. Either let us binge watch or release episode per day.

If they can't do either, cdramas will take over. Its inevitable.

Little disappointed due to my fav (Vin Zhang) is in 31st position 😒.
Vin zhang is actually bloody good. He is far more reputable as an actor than some of the people in top 10. Mdl in general has recency and "young bias" .

Its crazy coz wuxia and xianxia are almost always better and more creative when they start but the more episodes and a lot of fillers... makes them lose the top spots.
Chinese dramas are cutting episodes now...so, I am hoping the pacing will be better.
I mean, if harry potter books can be reduced into a movies ..they can surely manage to do it in 12-15 episodes.
Its especially suited for romance

Not going to lie, this series could be really annoying to watch because it deals with time loop, repeating the…
Yeah but she's more courageous than him and more resilient as well. That's why they work great as a team.

Its a biased list anyway. The best chinese actors are actually people like Tony Leung. This is a "my favorite…

I like him but I want to see him in a negative role. I feel like he's typecasted in "sweet guy" or "campus heart throb who loves one girl crazily" roles . So far, I have seen only one guy pull off very different roles (negative and positive) really really well and that's Liang Yong Qi. You have written it so well with great detail. I hope you can write one about characters who have played both negative and positive roles with great conviction

I cant find Xu Kai Cheng and Luo Jin
Its a biased list anyway. The best chinese actors are actually people like Tony Leung. This is a "my favorite pretty boy" list. But I agree, even in this list, Xu Kai would be number 1 because he is great in comedy, serious roles, romance, romantic comedy, action and everything in between

That is not a kind thing to say, though it's your opinion. She might not have done so many projects, but the little…
Its a comment. But since you asked, The acting is bland...there's no depth to it and all her characters feel the same even though they are quite different from the plot. There's only one expression that she is pretty good at and that's a blank expression or widening her eyes... Basically, her acting feels like its a rookie idol acting who is solely in the drama to bring traffic. But it ain't the truth. She is an "actor" with absolutely no range in expression, no understanding of the depth of character and not much creativity in bringing the character to light.

I think the directors know it too and that's why a multi starrer with multiple couples and leads works better for her.

A good example of character transformation that is coming to my mind right now is mio Imada.

Another one is a very young girl that played a voiceless girl in twinkling watermelon.

She can improve by doing supporting roles and taking acting classes but so far, I am pretty disappointed with her.
