From his POV, i think he doesn't want Min Yi to feel indebted to him. He doesn't even ask Min Yi comes back to him even after both of them reconciled. Its like he gave her space. From what i realised in ep 27 and 28, i dont see him 100% chasing her. Maybe he knows he is dying? Maybe that's why he doesn't want to chase her? I also dont know

There's a big difference here. JBZ gave her the antidote but without asking anything in return. He just purely wanna help her. Situ ling gave her the blood spell and hoping that she recipocate his love. Do you think he does it for free? He wants Min Yi to look at him. Plus for god sake, min yi is JBZ's wife. He knows that both of them love each other, he just refused to accept it. If he really cares and loves Min Yi, he will save her without anything in return. So now he also know his blood spell can't recover her spiritual vein, but he didn't say anything. Cause he wants to take the credit.

I dont think this is related to double standard. If the gender is vice versa, people will debating about it too. People starts debating because everyone has their own perspective. Some of them dont agreed with JBZ's action too.

Like for me and i believe for some of people too, i dont like people lie to me. So some of Min Yi's action, i dont agree. When i found out about the lies, i will be super angry. About his last lie for GMD, well i dont agree with him because i want him to be honest that he is the one cures her. But we only know his reason by today's episodes . But i believe because antitode is only one in the world. Its to save her or himself..

If you dont like it, no need to force yourself. Everyone has different preference and it's okay if you dont like it. Like mine, i will never touch fated heart cause im not into political drama. Same goes with Wuxia. But Xian Xia is a must for me. So for me, this year, LITC won in Xian xia category 😊

I think he does not want her to know that he is sacrificing his life for her. Because if she knows about his poison, im sure she won't agreed. Yes he lied but because he wants to save her life and love her too much , he rather die than seeing her dying. thats why he took that action..
