Some people said she might pretend to steal GMD because she is dying (left with one petal). So she wants him to forget about her and move on. when JBZ caught her, he was so angry because he thought she's doing that for Ming Xian...so after that they separated. But once JBZ knows she got poisoned..he refines the GMD to create antidote. And he gives to her silently (without her knowing) however by refining the GMD, it will heavily impacted his health. And actually, he needs GMD too and got poisoned . Similar with Minyi, but knowing about his character. You know he is willing to sacrifice himself for his love one. But it just a rumour tho. It might happen around 23-28.

I love today's episodes especially 19. Now we all know Min Yi's inner demon and JBZ is one of her inner demon. 🥹🥹 I got you girl, you feel guilty to accept his love and scared that you might get abandoned by him. 🥺🥺 and the part where JBZ suddenly become clingy 🫢 can both of you forget about everything and be happy for one episode? 🤣

I think he still got clouded by the Netherland beast, where he needs to face his inner demon because he is still in the middle of refining it. His real nightmare is not about being stuck in the Sunden Abyss or being tortured, but it's about abandonment issues.

When he was a child, the guard told him that he was abandoned by his parents. He refused to believe it, but his inner demon said otherwise. He felt no one actually truly cared about him since the start.

Hence why he is insistent on avenging his master because his master showed him kindness. And now Min Yi came into his life. She had to lie for the sake of her life, but for JBZ, even though her first lie was exposed, he was angry. But because of her actions, risking her life for him, he decided to trust her again.

honestly it's not easy when you have the trauma, it takes alot to trust someone again. But of course, that is still his inner demon, and it got emphasized because of the Netherland beast. and Min Yi is not fully honest about her real agenda too. so for sure, when the real truth come out, i believe there will be misunderstanding because i feel Situ Ling will make it worst. So im sure he ended up, dont know what to believe anymore.

Crossing the bridge - They love each other (true lover) of course minyi still unaware of her feeling.

Marriage Stone - They need to do heart imprint with real identity. He got struck by the thunder because Min Yi is not her real identity, any deception will be punished (as you can see JBZ got punished by the heaven) But he didnt give up and keep writing her name, prolly the duck sees something in them (Sincerity maybe?) thats why they gave up and let him carve her name.

Why he still believe Min Yi after this? answer is simple. LOVE. he already fell in love with her. he tried to distance himself but failed. After seeing she was taking care of him, looking at her action towards him, He's taking leap of faith again, and believe she has genuine feeling toward him, care about him..even only a little...you can see in EP 19 preview, he was asking her "have your feeling for me been sincere? even a little?"

Yea sometimes preview didnt show the full context, i hope that wont be the case or else i honestly gonna feel dissapointed with her character. yes she did risk her life for him but she didnt want to take a leap of faith to trust him. and i know she won't tell him the truth, he prolly will know about it from someone or he found it about it by himself. But I hope the story will show more Min Yi character development. to understand more from her point of view.

I'm quite angry and frustrated with her character. The fact that Jibozai keeps risking his life to save her, even got struck by the thunder. Can't she see he actually really likes her? Can't she see he actually still forgives her even after her first lie was exposed? All he asks is the truth from her, but she still decides to lie.

And now JBZ does not even care about her identity anymore, as long as she really cares about him genuinely because that was his nightmare. His real nightmare is not about being stuck in the Sunken Abyss, it's about whether anyone actually really cares about him. Was he really abandoned by his parents like the guard said? Even a mother tricked him to save her child. And him? No one actually truly cares about him. Even up until now, he is still a pawn in everybody's agenda.

He even asks for reassurance from her: "Are you going to lie to me again?" "Have your feelings for me been sincere, even for a little?"

But in Ep 20 preview, I thought she already let go of stealing the GMD, when she's talking about GMD, i was shocked. Or does she still want to steal the GMD? JBZ has taken multiple leaps of faith to trust her, why can't she take a leap of faith to trust his love for her too? I'm sure JBZ will do anything to cure her from heavenly poison. Ah, this really pissing me off. I really hope once she realised about her feeling toward him, i want her to chase him properly this time!!

I'm not sure on that part. But no matter what, Youku is the main platform and all the earlier episodes, you can get faster from Youku instead of Kisskh. Plus with better quality and without sstupid ads haha. Even tomorrow, The episode will be 19 and 20.
