I have been watching K-Dramas and following K-Drama news for a while. Fights between fans of actors in the same drama are very rare. If an actor or actress performs poorly, or if the drama itself is bad, KNetz will criticize them regardless of whether they are in a main or supporting role. I've never heard of any billing issues causing problem in K-Dramas at all.
