they cannot change the ending because this is what happened in history. this dramas was based on suyang and kim jong seo’s kids who fell in love, their existence is debated, but there is a legend that they indeed fell in love and then after excaping suyang, suyang met his grandchild and saw her. incomplete justice, but i remember that the drama did frame that suyang losing his daughter, death of his son, and his skin disease (i think he got this at the end of the drama), as sort of punishment for him.
people like you are the reason why dramas with 16 episodes aren't coming anymore stop complaining about everything…
When I first atarted watching Kdramas, the popular genre dramas used to be 20-24 episodes (some 16), there are some that reach to 30+ episodes, hecks sageueks can be 30-70 episodes
Where can I watch this? It's been years since I plan to watch it but then I always forget. Now that I remembered…
try dramacool or myasiantv. Not sure if these sites are still working though. Also make sure if you found a working site that you can download the episode
It seems like that. All four of the leads are involved in some kind of a scandal. 😔😢
Right, it's so annoying people blame SJK when there's no direct evidence. Gosh, I remember when their divorce was announced, SHK fans are even bashing some of SJK Arthdal costars.

He used her for PR? How? I don't see it. If he had used her for PR he would have announced their relationship early on but they didn't. Plus prior to DOTS, SJK had a more positive reputation in Korea, he came to the army straight after a successful drama and movie (which he got baeksang nominated against veteran actors for) and many people couldn't wait for his comeback (actually his fans were disappointed he chose a Kim Eun Sook project for his return, they were expecting a different genre considering the genre of his successful drama and movie prior to his military service were melodramas). SHK meanwhile had a tax evasion scandal (I'm not sure if she's to blame or maybe she was just accused, I'm not updated with this case to know what’s true, but it's true she was accused of tax evasion prior to her drama with Song Joong Ki). Plus it's so annoying just because his wife was pregnant you already assumed he cheated on SHK, like you're blaming his new wife is a cheater too?! He most probably never met his wife until after he got divorced. Prior to their divorce, he was filming Arthdal Chronicles, a show mostly filmed in Korea and Brunei and his current wife is nowhere in those places. As for his friends, maybe they got busy schedules and new priorities, they can't be together all the time. After his divorce SJK was busy filming a lot of movies, some of the movies he released last year were filmed way back between his divorce and him filming Vincenzo. Obviously, this meant not a lot of time to spend with longtime showbiz friends, perhaps he got closer with new ones, it doesn't mean his past friends hate him. In fact Kim Ji Won, his other female costar from DOTS (who was also his female lead by the way on his drama that was airing when the divorce was announced), even joined his newfound agency High Zium (I also found out just now that his other longtime friend Lee Kwang Soo, made a drama in 2024 whose production company is based in Joong Ki's High Zium studio). SHK fans are so pathetic. I'm not really blaming her for aanything as I don't know why they divorced but I'm just annoyed her fans assume the worst in SJK. Sorry I'll have to block you
Another reason that she doesn't get praised much is although she's the female lead, the drama centers more on…
I find him much better here than DOTS, athough he was also excellent in DOTS. Actingwise though, Innocent Man was my second fave of his as a lead after Arthdal Chronicles Season 1 from 2019. I have quite a different experience from with Song Joong Ki. I thought even in the early episodes that he excelled with microexpressions. The scene at the motel when he was waiting for the police after he took his lover’s place, I thiught his expressions was able to convey trying to be calm, sadness, self-pity, and regret at the same time.
miss moon chae won so much – currently rewatching The Innocent Man, might rewatch this again after!
I highly suggest you watch The Princess Man, it was the drama that made audiences feel she's excellent in melodramas. Some find her character here annoying at first, but her character here grows so much protecting her lover and her principles at all costs.
Before I forget – the first 5 episodes of this drama – Song Joong Ki and Moon Chae Won shined so much.Afterwards…
Another reason that she doesn't get praised much is although she's the female lead, the drama centers more on the male lead's story. Hence the title: "Innocent Man". Though I have to add that more recent fans who watched this may have praised Song Joong Ki only perhaps because they don't remember Moon Chae Won's name (because Song Joong Ki has reached different level of popularity especially after Descendants of the Sun and Vincenzo).
