Nope, en of love is having 3 different story with in same circle ( they are related like friends or smt ). But if you wanna watch " love mechanic " i bet you watch the remake version, it's better than en of love : love mechanic because it's more complex & have long duration

Because it's take on cold area on winter so basically they cannot take off. And it's rural area or not in main city so i don't think they have especially rural area in China is still traditional ( doesn't have any AC nor Heater ) or probably they taking their jacket off when the shooting already end
