Definitely on the right track but Mame throws a couple of curve balls in this one. Honestly it's one of my top 3 books by her. The other 2 being Love Sand (Connor & Khom) and Breath ( Tul & Hin).

Phu is a lot more in his head and naive he also tries to see the best in people where Rain was not very smart and very spoiled.

Phu is Tharn's cousin. In tharntype the show they replaced all of Tum & Tar's stuff with Phu & Cir.

He does look different. He always had a more muscular look to me and his face was fuller. He looks really skinny in this. I personally like the more muscular look.

If I remember the book correctly he's in his last year of college so 22ish and Phu is in his 1st or 2nd year. So almost the same as Phau & Rain.

Ok, I can see not doing another one because your uncomfortable that fine, not your thing, I get that but not after doing 11 of them! ELEVEN!!! One of which he also directed. He was basically saying (and his work history doesn't lie) . Yeah I did BL'S until I got a good ship and then used it to get myself known and bounced. Still cool, ok you did what you had to do to achieve your goals, good for you! But you don't turn around and tell everyone that you hated every minute and you won't do them again unless your broke. It's disrespectful (and I have to imagine especially in Thailand) to the rest of the cast, crew, writers and directors that put their all into it and this man got to work on a lot of sets with A LOT of talented actors and directors just of the top of my head we are talking Fluke N, both Ohm's and both Earth's, Boun, Prem, Sammy, Boston, Ja, Mew, Gulf, Tong, Saint, and let's not forget Mame herself and New who direct most of the stuff he's saying was basically the worst time of his life. Just think about how many other people on all of those sets would have loved to have his opportunity. Your a grown up you do stuff you don't like to get to were you want to be but you don't go back and talk crap about other people's Passions it's just low class and disrespectful and honestly don't know why anyone would hire him now because who knows what he's going to say about that project in 5-10 years. Like seriously you got to work with Fluke Natouch and Ohm Pawat those 2 can act circles around you
show a little respect. Sorry the fact that he said what he said with zero tact or regard for other people's feelings just confirmed what I always thought. I always imagined he was very much like Tin from LBC and Alex from UWMA
