I absolutely loved this drama. There wasn't a single unnecessary scene that made it feel boring everything was perfectly paced. The story, emotions, and acting were all amazing 😊

Miles Wei's performance as Ji Yu was absolutely outstanding. His emotional acting was incredibly powerful. The scene where Ji Yu broke down in Tu Xiao's arms after his mother's death was so heartbreaking that it brought me to tears as well
Overall, this is one of the best dramas I've watched. Every episode kept me engaged from start to finish. Highly recommended❤️

If you haven't watched 12 Letters yet, I would recommend giving it a try. It's excellent from the very first episode to the last, and the story stays engaging throughout. ❤️

The drama was amazing up until Episode 25 and genuinely touched my heart. Unfortunately, the last few episodes were very disappointing and ended up ruining much of the enjoyment I had from the overall story.**

**The ending should have been more emotional and heart-touching. Dramas like *12 Letters* left a strong emotional impact, and *Our Generation* had one of the best endings because it showed everything properly—from their growth and relationship to their future and marriage. The story felt complete and satisfying from the very first episode to the last. Sadly, this drama didn't give me that same feeling by the end.

There was really no point in deleting all contact. Qing Ye's father wasn't a bad person, nor did he threaten his daughter in any way that would make her so afraid that she felt the need to delete all her contacts and completely cut Xing Wu out of her life.
Alright, let's assume Qing Ye did it because she wanted Xing Wu to come after her all the way to Beijing. But he never came anyway, so what was the point of deleting everything and cutting off all contact in the first place?

Very disappointed with the last 4 episodes. 🙄
I honestly don't understand what the editor was thinking. The last 4 episodes completely ruined the enjoyment of the drama for me. They shouldn't have reunited the leads in Beijing; meeting again at the lighthouse would have been a much more fitting and meaningful ending. It could have been as memorable as *Reborn*. *Reborn* had a great ending, but this drama's ending left me really disappointed.

Another thing that didn't make sense to me was the female lead's father. He wasn't even that bad, and he never threatened them. So suddenly deleting contact information, cutting off communication, and staying apart for so many years felt completely illogical.

In my opinion, this drama never needed 30 episodes. 24 episodes would have been perfect for the story. They could have separated the couple at the end of Episode 23 and reunited them in Episode 24. That would have made the ending far more emotional, realistic, and satisfying.

That being said, I still really loved the characters. The chemistry between the leads was wonderful, and the cast did an excellent job bringing their roles to life. Their performances and the emotional moments throughout the drama are what kept me invested until the very end. Unfortunately, the weak ending prevented the drama from reaching its full potential.

I really loved this drama's story, concept, and especially the male lead's acting. However, one thing disappointed me—the cinematography. The director shot so many scenes from such a distance that it felt like the camera was afraid to get any closer.

Some moments and dialogues are meant to be felt through the actors' facial expressions and body language, but here they were captured from so far away that the emotions didn't come across as strongly as they could have. The playground scene and the train station scene are the biggest examples of this.

Other than that, I absolutely loved the story. ❤️

If Kim Sae-ron really died because of him, then he should receive the same kind of punishment for what happened to her. But if Kim Soo-hyun is not actually at fault, and he also falls into depression and ends up taking his own life like Kim Sae-ron, then how will we punish ourselves for accusing him without knowing the full truth?

This is exactly why people should wait until the whole truth comes out instead of believing a few statements and pointing fingers. Situations like this are the reason some people take such extreme steps. As the saying goes, we should believe what we truly see and hear once the complete truth is known

I just want to say that the family should have taken the first step earlier. When that innocent girl was going through everything, no one really seemed to care. Now everyone just comes forward to express regret.

But think about it — under so much pressure, Kim Sae Ron took her own life. And now the same kind of pressure is being put on Kim Soo Hyun. Do people really want him to end up the same way?

A relationship is never one-sided. It takes two both of them were happy in that relationship, and both of them chose to separate by their own will.

Now it just feels like people are looking for someone to blame. They just want a chance to criticize nothing
more.

I’m not saying it was right for Kim Soo Hyun to date a minor — that part is wrong. But I’m talking about her family. When their daughter was alive and going through a difficult time, why didn’t they support her? At that time, it was Kim Soo Hyun who stood by her during her hardships. Back then he was considered good, but now he has suddenly become the bad one. They should have stopped their daughter at that time — why didn’t they say anything then?

The family should’ve walked with the truth — first they didn’t even look after their daughter and pushed her to the brink of death, and now by doing all this, what do they want? That Kim Soo Hyun should end up like their daughter too?

It already feels so bad for us just hearing all this — imagine how horrible it must feel for the person actually going through it. I’m sure he must be thinking, ‘Even doing good became a sin.’

I feel bad for Kim Sae Ron too. Even after her death, her name is being dragged through the mud like this. Whatever the matter was, the family should’ve sat down and cleared it; they shouldn’t have thrown her name around like this.
