Some people are trash-talking the FL character, but hereās my take:
How we see a lead character depends on how the author builds them and the world around them. Take My Dearest (a historical drama without harem elements), Trunk, and Welcome to Samdal-riāeach tells a different kind of story, which shapes how we feel about the characters.
If we judge a character based only on one action or their past, we might miss the bigger picture. how ever I still want them to end up together.
Iām halfway at ep 3 and I must admit that Dong min deserves to get bullied, if you canāt stand up for yourself…

As for the romance, they might reunite at the end, with efforts from both sides rather than just the ML. Or, they could team up earlier, with the FL also having her own revenge motive for her fatherās death.
Besides, the FL's face card doesnāt quite suit a long term relationship or a deeply emotional connection, so the production team might have chosen her for this kind of role rather than one centered on full-on romance. Also thereās no romance tag for this drama, which makes me wonder why.
