every now and then I come across a drama that just blows me away and this was AMAZING. The feels at the end. 100/10!!!

honestly this is more the directors fault then the actors because if they couldn’t make it work then he should have just switched to sweet little pecks. I’ve seen plenty of dramas that portray great chemistry and all the leads ever do is hug and it’s actually not bad and I don’t feel like I’m missing anything not seeing them make out. but when kiss scenes are done like this it kinda breaks the magic between the leads and dilutes the whole scene.

I love Ren Mi and Ci Sha so much but why their kisses so horrible 😩 reminds me of how I used to make my Ken and Barbie kiss 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I will add that I skipped most of the the storylines that didn’t include the main couple or the male leads sister. if they were not on screen I skipped. made the drama faster and honestly I just couldn’t get enough of Johnny and dilraba! the sister was really funny and cute 🤣

yeah but it’s not like normal breakups where they never see each other because he still goes over to her house and is always around her and they still flirt. she doesn’t stay mad at him for long

this rating is RIDICULOUS!! 10/10 for me all the way! the twists and turns and the chemistry of all the actors was amazing!! this is Dylan’s best work yet and LBFAD was my first cdrama and I’ve been a fan of his since then and watched every show he’s ever been in. this role suited him so extremely well and he really played it PERFECTLY! this is one show you won’t regret watching!

asheng tricked Jin Lun into sleeping with her and she asked him to remove that soul lock thing that protects his lotus flower and she took his golden lotus while he slept to use it to save xin mei 😭 he woke up and she had dipped with no note or nothing and he noticed his lotus mark was gone 😭

all the intrigue in season 1 about her tattoo and this great ancient power she was supposed to have and where is it? I’ll admit I watched the second season on double speed but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t brought up anymore or did I miss it?? I have two episodes left to go but at this point who cares anymore…

best on screen couple I’ve ever seen in a cdrama! they were so natural and Johnny was very handsy with her all the time they had such great chemistry you would think they were really a couple! I loved them soooo much! I seriously didn’t even notice how long the drama was because every time they came on screen they were on fire! 🔥

I love zhuge yu but there’s just something about yan xun and chu qiao 😏
