Haha… maybe if the drama had 16 episodes instead of 12 😁
Oh, most definitely, there are quality dramas where more episodes are works well. That’s especially true for C-dramas based on top-tier original novels (there is a lack of such quality novels though because even expensive dramas get made based on so-so source material).
Most obvious one is QM’s dad for now. And people also think PM is shady.
Ugh… I don’t want it to be true. I like sister in law now. The actress is doing a very good job with this role. And she can sympathize with FL because it’s the reverse of the situation sister in law had and how she was ostracized for marring a “regular” person and not a nobility.

Most dramas don’t need 16 episodes because screenwriters don’t know what to do and would waste our time with filler episodes (like breakups for dumb reasons that last 2-4 episodes). This was a script from a first-time screenwriter, so maybe they thought it was better to keep in short. And it must be hard getting top stars, so 12 episodes is easier to do than 16.
they should not have had a written contract. but ey, this is the tropiest trope of all. I'm glad to get it over…
Marriage contracts always leak, lol… And the funny thing is that they aren’t even legally enforceable unless they were written & checked by a team of lawyers and there were witnesses/notaries involved.
But I hope they spin it as a fake contract meant to find palace leaks. They could even say something like “we had multiple versions made with slightly different content to better isolate the leak source” (that’s a thing that companies do in real life).
The only one who benefits from that contract leak is QM. I don't see how it will help anyone else. The b#£@#…
QM would’ve probably tried to blackmail the Prince instead of leaking this and ruining the reputation of the Crown that she holds so dear. It was probably the PM or QM’s dad… or maybe even FL’s dad if he did this out of concern for her life.
I know what you mean. At least it was a couple introduction scene and not their actual marriage ceremony. There…
It’s called The Matchmakers and it’s actually more of a comedy. It has only 7.9 here because of haters/antis, but it’s really good. Well, at least, I think so because Inlove the chemistry between the leads 🥰
Ok, so from the way the the servant girl seems to be a nervous wreck while watching the wedding, I'm guessing…
Yes, I also don’t think it will be QM who is at fault for the fire 🔥. It could be one of those things where a person think they are guilty because they did something bad (like a small fire) but it was someone else who either killed the king or used that as a further excuse to burn things down.
