There are many transmigration dramas with happy endings — but the censorship means dramas have to mention that whatever happened wasn’t real (like it was a dream or the events take place in a book, etc.). So in this version they might meet in a real world at the very end but not have too much dialog.

ML claims to FL that he transmigrated 2 hours ago but that’s not true as we see later (it’s been 15 years). But he’s afraid to reveal that and hasn’t told her yet.

I think it’s 15 years in the drama; 10 years is the novel/donghua.

I think Viki subs depend on a team who does them. For example, I much prefer Netflix subs for “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” compared to Viki subs. Netflix version’s dialog feels crisper compare to more accurate but longer Viki subs. That, and the fact that I much prefer vacuum’s name to be Circle ⭕️ 🤣

We don’t care that they are 2D characters, any time something bad happens to them, it’s very sad 😢

He’s his real son but it was a result of non-consensual intercourse. Empress Dowager had Emperor drugged so that someone (we don’t know who) could have sex with him and get pregnant.

Hope you watch and enjoy it! It’s also nice for busier peolle because episodes move lrettt quickly: 24 episodes is only about 16 hours total, so like a typical K-drama. They aren’t making 40 hour-long episodes to drag things out.

Yeah, sometimes comments pages are nice & chill and sometimes they get a bit toxic & makes me not want to read engage too much. Similar thing with Viki comments when watching a show — sometimes they are nice and add to atmosphere and other times they are toxic/weird even on dramas that are good.

Yes, not sure why some people are anti-FL. Some are troll accounts but others are real.

She was referring to being 2ML’s first love (because Suzy is known as “Nation’s First Love”; similar to how IU is known as “Nation’s Little Sister”, etc.). But it was extremely hilarious nonetheless 🤣

ML’s apartment got damaged during renovations and will not be ready for 1 month. That’s why he moved in with FL & the baby (temporarily for 1 month).

For real. I just scroll past those comments and ignore them… unless the account looks like a troll account in which case they get blocked.

I think both leads are pretty good, not sure why people are complaining. Most of the time it’s a comedy and her character doesn’t require great acting — but when she had to act & emote, like in the funeral/wake scenes, she had done very well.

For now, the drama has been a pleasant surprise :)
It may change if remaining 8 episodes aren’t good but let’s keep our fingers crossed 🤞
