I dont know what personal reason exactly in this drama that she has for not able to learn to read and write after marriage. but from my previous historical dramas knowledge, in ancient times, a girl ,for whatever they want to do, need to have permission from her parents before marriage and permission from her husband after marriage. even though ml could approve her wish, he doesn't know she wants to learn and she doesn't dare to ask him since there relationship is not good and she thinks he will not approve women to study just like any other ancient men would think like that. another thingis ml family also would not approve because after marriage, if the wife keeps on appearing in public frequently, it is considered as disgrace for the family, regardless of what she did is right or wrong and as women she should always stay in house ( ancient humans mindset). another reasons would be , we can see in one episode that her mother is coming and telling what her father instructed her to do like making ml to come and see her father and be obedient and instructs her to listen to her husband. so even though she is married, her parent's family is still controlling her decisions and action, so, even if she wants to study, with her parents rules and restrictions, she cant do anything. thats why she shadyly in name of giving loans, illegally collecting money, to leave a way out for her

she is not considering fk as particularly a enemy, its just that for madam yu, who seeks benefit from her original with her ,should be bonded or tied to the family in anyway, or else she will be an outsider, and she does not like sharing benefits with a outsider, the benefits i am talking about is the credit from the crown prince for solving the salt case,and she does not want to share with fl as an outsider. fl also knows about madam yu's thought, so fl is afraid madam will use her or bring harm to her just bcs fl is wiser like her and also a outsider, so fl got the confession as a protection against madam yu ,so in the future madam yu will not use her. in the end madam yu cares all about the interest of her own family
and I saw two more scenes which looked like AI then cgi. one of is a railway scene where they show the train going without any persons in that. it looked more AI then of cgi. another is when murong qingyi st fire on the garden, i thought it was cgi at first but the more I looked it looked like AI. I love the drama and the actors but the use of AI just makes me sad
