The Fluffiest of fluffs that you needed!
I thought i am beyond these fluffy dramas but apparently not. There is just something about a softy CEO ML with the badass FL. Also the best part is even the supporting characters were so much fun like not a single annoying side part. I was actually invested in the female friendships. There is this scene where the ML's mother is comforting FL's step sister lol yeah that happens. Just that converstation felt so genuine for some reason that scene has just stuck with me. The writers have really tried to show the female bonds, they all seem like a lived characters.Now on to the part that needed improvement. What the hell was up with the editing? Was the editor just trying to sabotage the drama? I guess the director should get some blame as well cause the vision is just messy. Its saving grace are the characters honestly.
Also the ML seemed more comfortable with the material and the acting in general than the FL. I am not saying she was bad but the ML was just that good. But they have the best bickering dynamic which is refreshing and it stays till the end which makes is even better.
One irk i had with the story is that * spoiler*
i wanted the FL to ask the ML to get married cause that would have given such a full circle moment for her character growth. But the one we got is actually super cute too.
Watch it when you just need some fluff and relax.

The actors really made it worth a watch!
Not even gonna sugar coat anything, the story was generic but it did have its charm. The saving grace of this show was the castinhg cause man! They casted everyone so well all three leads are amazing i mean they actually make the crappy writing look better. Even the supporting actors were so good.The ML is just so good at portraying his part that it never felt cringe same with the FL.
Would have loved to see more of their dating era and interactions but its just 12 ep so we get what we get.
I wont recommend this show. But would not say it is not worth watching either.

The twist was the worst.
I was actually enjoying the show. The acting and the story was going good as well. I was telling myseld hey this is actually good. I liked how the FL was her own person she was not the person from the ML's past and I actually felt like woah a FL who finally knows who she is and is actually gonna stand on business. But then everything got ruined cause. *spoilers* female lead was faking it. As soon as that plot twist happened and it actually happens quiet early maybe around ep 11- ep 12. I just could not with this drama. It became just another basic story of the same lovers fate cycle whatever.Was this review helpful to you?
Everytime i rewatch it , i like it even more!
First of all if you are thinking of watching it just watch it already!The way the story is set up and the shots everything is so intentional and well aligned. I dont even know how to explain it. Every shot, every small movement feels so intentional. The story itself feels like it was actually written by a writer who loves this genre and actually enjoys writing a fantasy historical drama. Nothing is forced or dragged, the pacing is so well done. And the revenge actually feels earned it is not rushed or done in a way like on your face haha. Its more like both the leads have understood that they have planned and still there are things that are going wrong too but still they are gonna trust the process.
And man what a chemistry! I am not a huge fan of the Fl actress but her with the ML just butterflies in my stomach everytime they were on screen. You will instantly root for them cause they both feel like such real people. And the characters are so well written both of them are smart. Not in a forced yeah main character energy kind of way but like genuine real people type of way.
There are so many scenes from this drama that will always stay with me. I didnt understand much about female gaze in a show till i watched this drama it is actually such a femal gaze thing now i get it.

Plot twist was done so beautifully.
I didnt expect to like this show as much as i did. Even though the scenes between the ML and FL is less they do such a wonderful job and their chemistry is awesome. The ending and the twist had me crying my eyes out, it is so well done. The only issue i have with this show is i wanted more scenes with FL and ML but the twist kinda explained why it was not written that way. A good balance of everything!
Honestly, the humor so well done there are couple of scenes which will live rent free in my mind. The ML is so adorable yet the action is done so well too. And the FL is very likeable on paper some scenes can sound cringey but her delivery is so good you just cant stop smiling. Also the chemistry between the ML and FL is done really well. I was also little worried about the being related plot but it provided lot of hilarious moments. The only complain i have is how the reveal of actual relative was handeled it is a *spoiler* so i wont talk about it. But it was very rushed and way way way too late. They could have gradually done it on earlier episode atleast let the audience catch it earlier on. That would have made the show so much better.Overall, i still recommend it.

A fantasy drama done right!
I am not gonna say the story is unique or the plot is intriguing. It is a fun show with brilliant actors even the side charactees are all so good. The chemistry between the ML and the FL is just unexplainable. I guess thats why the show is so entertaining to watch. It is a fantasy genre done right just the right amount of fantasy with adorable romance along with touch of sadness and revenge.
