Ok?! Taeson!!
Korean BLs rarely fail to deliver, and this is another proof of that. What I love about KBLs is that, most of the time, the story always comes first. They don't compromise the plot just to squeeze in flirting or NC scenes. Even when there are a few flaws, the storytelling is strong enough that you barely notice them.
The actors absolutely nailed their characters. I spent most of the series hating Taeson, and that's honestly a compliment to his performance. 😂 While the overall premise isn't the most unique, it's still the kind of story we rarely get to see in BLs, which made it feel refreshing.
And can we talk about the NC scenes? They weren't just there for fan service. The cinematography, the emotions, the chemistry, and even the audio made every scene feel natural and incredibly well-executed. They enhanced the story instead of distracting from it.
Overall, it's a solid watch that proves you don't need to sacrifice storytelling to deliver great romance and chemistry.
