Cute. Slow burn
This is such a colorful series and a new concept, at least from my point of view. If you’re not a fan of slow burn, you might get irritated at some point. Guilty. 😂 Good thing this has a side of comedy, so that kept me entertained.
I love how innocently funny JiaKai is, actually both of them, even Dawei. Their love-hate relationship was decent, so it actually took a while to really get those love-vibe scenes. Though, for me, I felt like they lacked a bit in establishing their relationship when they finally entered a romantic relationship. They kissed, and that was just it. 😂 One thing I know is that they showed jealousy, so I’ll assume that’s it.
On a lighter note, I love how they solve cases using JiaKai’s ability. I wish we got more of that, but then again, this is just a short series. There’s also a special episode, but I still hoped we could see more.
I wanted to see more of their dating era, which sadly wasn’t really served. 🥹 Well, chemistry-wise, they’re good with each other.
Overall, it’s just a cute series with a storyline that has a lot of potential. Still a good watch.
