after watching the preview for ep 28 and 30 she and her imaginary maid was talking about hidden truth and stuff , am confused , was it related to the edict that ML would found out?

besides that, i am guessing seeing ML spitting blood in ep 30 preview is it because he had some genetic disease or someone poisoned him
