He will achieve this with the help of Eun A, the synopsis mentioned she helps him find his sense of worthyness…
Yeah, It really seems like both of them will go through emotional growth and support each other along the way and find their sense of worth together. Really excited to see how that will play out.
Dong Man criticizing others and feeling jealous when they’re doing well is definitely not his best side, but it feels very real. It comes across less like arrogance and more like frustration with himself. You can tell he’s not satisfied with where he is, and that insecurity shows up in the way he reacts to others. It’s uncomfortable to watch at times, but also very human. I feel like this is just the starting point for his character, and as the story goes on, he’ll slowly come to understand himself better and grow from it.
I cried a lot watching Dong Man in episode 1… the way he kept talking nonstop and eating so frantically, like he was trying to bury everything he was really feeling. There was something so overwhelming about it — like he couldn’t afford to pause, even for a second, because the silence would expose too much. Hiding your true feelings like that must be so exhausting.
i feel it was hard to match up to the chemistry he had with goeun in comparison... and even though he did continue…
I agree. Their energies didn’t really match, and even though he tried, the chemistry just wasn’t there. Yejin also had very little screentime, so we barely got to see her point of view or understand what she was feeling. That made it harder to fully judge her side, and the couple game felt like a missed opportunity.
can this love be translated was everything 😭 the chemistry was so natural it didn’t even feel like acting, the angst was soft but painful, and even the dorami plot added so much meaning once it clicked.i loved how the story focused on emotions. Kim Seon-ho’s acting is incredible — his interpreting skills and subtle emotions make every scene feel so real Go Youn-jung as Dorami is amazing , bringing so much depth and emotion to her role. Their chemistry makes everything hit even harder 🍀
Honestly, I don’t understand the hype around GYJ. She literally can’t act—her expressions are just empty,…
Saying she can’t act, is only fit for supporting roles, or gets roles just for looks is wrong. Go Youn‑jung started in supporting roles, worked her way up to lead roles, and has even won awards for her performances. Ensemble shows aren’t about one actor carrying everything, and she proves her talent regardless.
