This is a masterpiece! Just rinished it and watched it despite low rating here. It is such a beautiful story, with astonishing sceneries. Acting is great. I could only recommand it! 10/10 for me! Once again, MDL rating does not reflect the quality of the drama, but this is probably triggered but haters.
such a misleading rating and appreciation. I finally watched it after having doubts reading the reviews, and was not disappointed at all. this kind of commentaries are absolutely disrespectful toward the director actors and all production sets, and can only come from haters who wants to downgrade and limit sucess of this drama
I am so heartbroken 💔. This drama is a masterpiece I underestimated at first, but in fact it is so good, becoming one of my preferred along with « Till the end of the Moon »
Absolutely loved it, it is so good. Love the acting of Zhao Lusi, she is so cute and Yang Yang as well as their alchemy. Theit chemistry is so beautiful. This drama is very underated
These two are sooooo cute, love them. Bai Lu is so adorable and Cheng Lei so good. Fantastic alchemy. Absolutely love them. Makes you keep a big smile during their scenes
waw what a great drama. I gave a 10/10. Again I do not understand this low rating in MDL which is not deserved at all and is very misleading for new viewers. Is this because girlies expect more romance? Or because of haters? This is a Little bit embarassing . Anyway, ML is absolutely stunning, this is the first time I Watch a drama from him and enjoyed his acting. Costumes and fighting scenes are amazing. Very entertaining to Watch!
It is very good. Cinematic is incredible and amazingly gorgeous, actors are stunning, music and costumes are great. Chemistry between characters is insane. In the beginning the story is a Little bit messy and difficult to follow but gets better in the end. Definitely underated in MDL
I’m done.I am finally dropping it at ep 30, what I never did for Cdrama as I like to have the whole view to get a complete and fair opinion but this one is really too bad. I tried to resist hoping it would become better but honestly it is a pain to watch, especially after "princess agent" which will never get its deserved continuation. Messy storyline, twisted plot, poor acting of the FL who gives zero emotion, chemistry is inexisting. The unrealistic and chaotic storytelling around how the ML anf FL became Empress/King and changed the world just like this, terminated to piss me off. It ended to be really unbearable to watch. I feel very sorry for Li Yun Rui who is a good actor and I usually like his performances.
