Thrillers and action films have had lovelines for a long time, and that has regularly happened in Western TV series since ages ago. So why do they keep saying that having a loveline makes a movie bad? There are plenty of Korean shows with great lovelines, like Knight Flower, Flex x Cop, Moving, The Glory, Daily Dose of Sunshine, Chief Detective 1958, or in 2025, two top rated works like Buried Heart and Resident Playbook, and even two ongoing ones with very good lovelines Low Life and The Winning Try. In this movie, the chemistry between the male and female leads is also excellent they’re both wounded, in love, and come to heal each other so what’s wrong with that?
