Hahahaha ok so now I’m really curious how this plays out. I haven’t rewatched that part cause she pissed me off too much during those first few episodes. I can’t see how they’ll spin it another way though. Mr Lee definitely knows about the golden frog. His reaction was too strong. I don’t see why he would have taken it though. That part just doesn’t add up. Baek Ho being the dead baby or not, that connection is super weird. It would only make sense if Mr Lee had a connection with the Chairman first and took it as a F You for some random reason, but he didn’t. He’s always been with the witch. I have no theories on this one. I’m stumped.

Hahahaha I know right. I’m curious how they’ll piece this all together. I really thought there was no way that baby could have survived but apparently in this world it could happen. Even if it did, like you said, dude would have no reason go to the chairman’s house to get that. Why would he even think of something like that when he should know the baby has zero relation to the Ma bloodline. But if this is where they want to go, alright then. Having the CEO witch find out her right hand man took her very much alive baby to an orphanage, then that baby turns out to be Baek Ho, it’s kinda funny.

I think they needed to fill a gap in the schedule. There’s no way enough people out there like this enough to warrant the extension.

I think I’m here for this. The more I think about the possibility of it all, the more I’m entertained by it. I just want to see the look on CEO witch and Jun Hos faces when they find out. However, I just hate that Baek Ho will probably assume he and Jang Mi are blood related and do the whole distance without actually confirming anything routine. Please let him be smart enough to get a DNA test first!!!!!

She never had a DNA test done. When she went to visit the chairman with infant Seo Rin she told him he should have a DNA test done before they moved in. He said yes but then it time jumps. So he likely never did and assumed since she offered one she must be legit.

I’m not convinced Baek Ho is her son. There’s too much with the gold plated shit that doesn’t add up with her.

I do think Baek Ho will pull away now too and not just get a DNA test to confirm it. cause they have to drag this out.

Good call out. I can see the selfish and sacrificing too. I feel like this drama had so much potential and I just wanted to love it or at least like it. So I’d come back week after week and hope it clicked but it just hasn’t and it’s disappointing. Rom coms just aren’t hitting the way they used to.

I don’t know what it is but this drama just isn’t landing for me. I kept trying to like it but there’s just nothing. Nothing about it is interesting. The actors don’t feel connected to their roles. It all feels so flat and forced. Devoid of emotion. Is it the script? the director? The acting? All of it?

The S Line ending! I almost about that 😂I still don’t know what to make of it.

Glad to see someone else wondering about that. The conflicting genres kinda makes sense with how this drama is going. At the beginning it was a rom com, at the end we’re getting a drama. I still wouldn’t consider this a melodrama though. But the plot feels all over place.

He is a complete dirtbag though. That man knows full well what the CEO witch has done and what she’s capable of doing. Yet he keeps her around because he doesn’t want his company to suffer. He even assumes she killed Seo Rin and still lets her live there. I’m not convinced he’s a decent man at all.

It’s an alternate reality though. This wasn’t based on real events so there’s nothing to distort.
