I was thinking the same thing about Jun Hos, Jang Mi obsession. Dude was all about her. Every conversation he had was about her. Nothing else mattered. Now it’s like he never even cared about her. Man changes quick 😂

I think the same thing. He did something to the other family. Then he set up the shares (assuming that baby was dead), so he could keep control of Dream. Now that the baby is Baek Ho and very much alive, he needs Jang Mi married to him ASAP to keep the company in his control. Dudr has been up to shady sh*t from the beginning.

He gave a shareholder he didn’t even know was alive a majority of the shares. There’s no way the chairman set that up out of the goodness of his heart. his intention was to commit fraud and ensure he could always control the company.

They didn’t actually think the kid was alive. he was just a shareholder on paper. The chairman was trying commit fraud with that one. That’s why he needs Baek Ho and Jang Mi married asap, so he can make sure that con still works in his favor.

Did you keep going? I’m in the same situation with lack of time. I haven’t started episode 3 yet but episode 1-2 didn’t exactly leave me wanting more. Definitely felt like a mid drama throughout.

They aren’t being incestuous though. Her parents share zero blood and didn’t even grow up together. It’s a bizarre twist to add sure, but calling it incest is a bit much. The writers hinting Jang Mi and Baek Ho being half siblings is far weirder than her parents.

Exactly. The inclusion is what most people mean when they say “love triangle”. It’s a 3rd party we all know has zero chance ending up with the lead. Their presence is rarely a value add to the story so it can be frustrating to see over and over again in dramas.

I feel the same way. So far it borders on cruel and obnoxious. I’ll probably give it until episode 3 to make the final call. It’s just not looking good so far.

Same. I keep seeing comments about how funny this is but nothing is really landing for me. These characters just aren’t keeping me interested.
