Fully agree! Season 1 was amazing. This season feels, well like you said, lacking. It’s simply not as good and doesn’t leave me wanting more.

Both the wives/ widows are obnoxious. I get that the legal wife would hate the mistress and not want to give a divorce out of spite. but some odd, 30 years later their both still being petty over it? Mistress wife would rather let a child die than to allow her adult daughter to test for a match. She shouldn’t even have a say in the matter. Her daughter is a grown adult and can make her own decisions. Same with the legal wife. She’s just as ridiculous being cruel to a child who had no choice in being born into that situation. I can’t stand either of them. White truck can take them both out.

I feel the same way. Love these dramas but the villains can be so cheesy.

definitely not a love triangle. Ji Ni’s mom isn’t a romantic interest for him or even her since her husband just died. The first/ legal wife is though so I’m curious what his reaction will be when he finds out the connection.

That daughter in law is ridiculous. At first I didn’t think she was so bad but by the end of episode 10, she’s just terrible. Any hope of a healthy sibling relationship between her husband and Ji Ni won’t happen because she’s so money hungry.

Right! All the other characters stayed pretty much the same. No real development. Who they were at the beginning was who they were at the end. But this guy went from being at the top to being the biggest effing loser and for no good reason. The writers completely forgot he used to be competent and ambitious in his career.

The sooner Jun Ho is off my screen, the better.

Right! The writers are going to torment the viewers until the bitter end.

He’s so obnoxious he better die by her hands. I’m so sick of him. This guy went from being one of the top sought after chefs, to obsessed over Jang Mi, to some woe is me brat. He’s probably the worst character in this drama.

It’s almost impressive how a writer can take what should have been a great drama and turn it into absolute garbage. This drama has good bones and the character outlines are interesting enough. But they wrote……this? Everyone was wasted. None of the characters were given their full potential. It’s all just bad. Even if the finale is satisfactory it’s still a terrible drama full of inconsistencies and poorly written characters. What a shame.

And the preview for tomorrow? Are you f*cking kidding me?? 🙄

Perfectly said. This drama was so well done, I was hooked. Every episode left me needing to know more. A solid 9/10.

I never claimed he was innocent in her death. We all know Jun Ho is a POS just like his bio mom. I’m just saying he didn’t know the CEO was gonna do it. Just like the 100 other times every damn character was shocked she did something terrible and said they couldn’t believe she’d go that far. Every one knows she’s at minimum a kidnapper and a murderer but they get fooled over and over again. That’s the drama. That’s the way it was written. It’s illogical and we just have to roll with it.

He still claimed he didn’t know his mom was going to kill her. There’s 100 plus situations we all know the CEO witch was deceiving people and every single time they were all shocked and surprised she did something terrible. all while knowing exactly what she’s capable of. That how this drama is. It’s not viewers being dumb and naive, it’s just the way the characters are written.

So will there be a day this drama doesn’t air next week or will it end on a Thursday?

But omg you guys, it’s finally at the end!!!! The last 5 episodes. The final stretch. We can finally be done with this infuriating drama!

To be fair, he didn’t know she was going to be murdered that day. I can’t even remember if they know he was involved at all.
