It was not talked about but there was representation. The female genral herself, the queen, her motivating other women. I don’t understand how emphasizing that made ir weak or forced but if that’s is your opinion, you are entitled to it

I have been watching a lot of dramas that were okay at best. This was genuinely good. I loved everything about it and I love the women empowerment theme in such an era. It was beautiful to see that emphasized several times. I enjoyed this so much.

It was unnecessary. They didn’t need to let go just like that. and eould have found motivation regardless. They were just too proud

It is an old fomular. If it was done a little differently, it would have been a good nostalgic watch, but i just skipped through most of the episodes

Series, movie, drama, show, whatever. You understand what I’m referring to, and I can tell you’re not confused. It’s not a big deal to call it out. I’ll edit it anyway, but honestly, this isn’t a formal setting, so it really doesn’t matter.

Just inventing random sht. Him being in an accident to save her is way more believable than the random illness

This show tried so hard to paint this deep, emotional picture but just veered completely off road. All those twists and turns were straight-up unnecessary, they just cluttered everything. The pacing is weird as hell: somehow rushed and painfully slow at the same time. I get that they were going for “dealing with trauma,” but the split-personality stuff fell completely flat and didn’t land at all for me. The translator app magically appears only when it’s convenient for the plot, but when the Japanese guy is actually speaking Japanese? Crickets. Then out of nowhere he’s suddenly fluent in Korean. How convenient. The whole parents’ backstory drama felt tacked on and pointless too. That said, the aesthetics? They absolutely nailed those. Visually stunning from start to finish.

it was a good show but i enjoyed challenges in season 1 and the chefs had more charisma and were more recognisable. only a few like brewmaster yun had that in this season. The group elimination was a great mistake and also one of the reasons this season was less enjoyable

His mum is so dense. I love that the fmc is decisive and blunt. I didn’t like the mmc in some situations but he redeemed himself. A good couple. What watered down the story for me is the vcr part. It was quite confusing and tbh very boring.
