Wasted potential
The drama could have been wat better easily.
This drama was not that bad, but it could have been wat better. Let me first talk about the positive things. The game sub plot was a good thing. It was something unique and got me hooked from the beginning. The chemistry between the two leads was also fire. The plot is simple but not boring and this is a major plus point of this drama. I also liked the character building of tew. It gives him more layers. I also enjoyed the runtime of the series. 8 eps was enough for this drama and i liked it that they did not drag it. The friendship between tew and tul is beautifully amazing. I mean you can feel it in the scène where tul leaves the gang just for tew. And not to forget Wahl i mean playing a character like this where you know is worth haring means that the actor did a great job in his role
Now lets talk about the negatives. The biggest weak point of this drama is the villain kenji. As a villain in a crime bl series you must be dangerous. But here the villain looked almost like a clown. Not to forget in the drama it's shown that tew saved kenji. But why did he turn evil is not explained. Another thing is the side couple. It does not even contribute in the story. It would have been better if they showed the relationship development of the main couple than this. The ost also had no impact on me and the main leads need some more acting workshop especially ping.
In conclusion i will say that it is not the best crime bl drama but it is also not worth the hate. But we can't deny the fact that it could be better easily
Is it worth watching?
It depends. If you expect something like kinnporsche you might get upset. But if you want something light than you can give it a try
