What happens when your adopted brother starts crushing on you ?

Before starting my review, this series is not for you if you dislike brothers to lovers trope.

Unknown is my first Taiwanese bl series that i've watched and i must say that you don't need a high budget to make an outstanding series. You can clearly see that this is a low budget series. The story is beautifully written. It tells the story of Wei Zhiyuan a young man who develops romantic feelings towards his adopted older brother Wei Qian. Now playing such characters requires actors who can pull every emotion flawlesly and i must say that both actors were great in their roles. The OST of this series is mind blowing and the intro is on a next level. I skip most of the intros of series but this intro song gives me goosebumps. But this series also has some flaws and these are mostly seen in the last 2 episodes where they only talk about Wei Qian's illness. They also try to create laughter with jokes but honestly 70% of these jokes are not funny

Overall: This series is a must watch series because of the execution and powerful storyline but if you don't like brothers to lovers trope you better stay away from it .

Middleman's love is basically a spin-off series of bed friends which i liked. So i had high expectations from this series. But i was very disappointed after watching the series. Jade (the main character) was very cringy and irritating. The plot was boring after some point. The story was stretched. I liked the side couple though but it was not enough to save the series. I liked the first 2 episodes but after that i lost my interest yet i completed the series. Som parts of the series do not even contribute to it. For example the office sport part is just there for no reason.

Overall i was very disappointed in this series it could have been better if the story, the characters etcetera where better.

Is it worth rewatching?
Short answer NO. the series is so boring that you will never think of rewatching it. It has nothing to rewatching it

A gem of a series

This series is something else for me compared to the other series i have watched. It is beautiful for me in every way. The characters in this series were all beautiful. The boom harrot friend group is something i related to. It was like living the with them. Tautep and pangs couple both were cute. Some of the dialogue's are also hard hitting for example " we are allowed to love who we went to love" is like something we all want to hear. The story is simple but powerful. It has no unnecessary drama in it. The acting of the actors were perfect. The music was beautiful. This series is really a gem. It shows us that the hello or goodbye is not everything, it is the in between.
This series is worth watching. I will definitely rewatching this series in the future
