It was when they were in Galin, the Yu guy was sent on a mission for inspection and he got to witness how spectacular the FL was and regrated every decision he made, up to the point that he wanted to eliminate the ML after the FL saved him... but i dont recommend skipping because the FL treat him like trash... he never got his way... am at ep21 now and i cant remember any misunderstanding between the ML and FL... they always understand each other for me...
