Thanks for clarifying. I just started the novel and saw nothing close to the synopsis so i was super confused. Now that know the drama kinda changed the plot, I'm at peace continuing with the novel

I remember Sealed with a Kiss. It was the first modern cdrama i watched. I think i was curious about Yang Mi's husband (now ex 😉 ) and i was floored cuz i didn't expect china would air such a drama. Lol. Forgive me, i was coming from romance drama world and was bamboozled by this, hence the shock.

If you’re wondering whether to tackle this drama, I'd strongly advise you to read PeachBlossomsGoddess' review first, as she is spot on. I watched this drama way back when i just got into cdramas. Like many of you, i didn't finish it. I think i only stuck for a while because of Deng Lun but i couldn't hold on. It was also the 1st and last time i met Yang Zi and I've never watched another show with her(actually i tried watching legend of the white snake just to give her a chance but....still no).

Me too. I just thought korean tv producers are quite powerful. They can walk all over crime scenes unimpeded, take pictures and take away evidence, run fingerprint checks with just a phonecall and crime victims can be placed in their care amidst investigations. Wow, lets not forget that they can question suspects and obtain cctv footage just like that. Even a 1000 year fox is no match for them. Sigh, how else could one get past the 1st episode?!!!??
