I haven't watched Secret Fruit but I already watched "All About Secrets" (Chen Zeyuan as Bowen, Li Landy as Chi Zi) which is the same story. And in All About Secrets, Bo Wen eventually realized he liked Chi Zi when they are both in separate colleges and no longer in contact with each other. He confessed his feelings and yeah the series ended with them kissing.

Totally relate to the 2x speed and 10sec forward. I watched it at 1.25x and 2x for the most part. It has great plot and great visuals but the scenes are painfully slow. I also considered dropping it at some point, but decided to finish it anyway.
I just finished this right now. The plot/story is good, but the storytelling/scenes is too slow for me, like I had to watch at 1.25x speed and had to 2x speed in most scenes. I feel like they gave a lot of screentime to some side stories that doesn't add anything to the plot. Some fight scenes are great but some had poor editing like I couldn't make sense of what is happening. Some emotional scenes are well executed, I almost cry. The OST are also nice. I would give this a 7/10. It was a great story, great visuals but the storytelling just didn't got me hooked to the point of loosing sleep for this.

Thank you for being open-minded about this. I don't mind the people not liking him, we all have our own preferences and that's fine. But it's just not fair to spread malicious rumors about him just to discredit his talent and his hardwork. He's one of the most down to earth actors in C-Ent based on what his co-workers are saying about him. I just had to speak up for him.

Their are countless videos on youtube showing the complete video when Crystal Yuan was crying on stage and Cheng Yi was beside (she was crying because of the success of the drama). You can also check interviews from Cheng Yi's co-star they have nothing negative to say about him

@AmelieLucan Please don't believe this Bekah4315 spreading negative rumors about Cheng Yi. The issue about him being mean to his female lead star and made her cry was actually a made up story using a maliciously edited video. The whole video actually showed the actress was emotionally thanking the fans and production for the success of their drama. Cheng Yi was standing beside her just letting her speak in the microphone. You can find this in Youtube, the issue was already debunked. Another issue about attacking another co-star also not true. All of his workmates can only describe him as very professional and easy to work with. Please don't believe everything this Bekah is saying. You can easily find the truth in Cheng Yi's interviews and his co-workers interviews about him
