almost a great drama
interesting use of isekai plot. acting was good, all the side characters were interesting, loved the ML, couldn’t stand the FL character. she ruined the first 30 eps imo. the last 10 eps are complete perfect *chefs kiss* no notes but it was a STRUGGLE to get to them. FL character was the worst and honestly didn’t redeem herself at all she just suddenly became tolerable. her character really needed to atone for all she did to ML and the fact she didn’t kinda ruined the overall experience for meWas this review helpful to you?
worth the watch
I wasn’t expecting much from this drama cos we’ve all seen this trope and very rarely is it done well. but this drama actually pulls it off!I fully enjoyed every episode and only felt like the plot was dragging a smidge in episode 13. The FL and ML we amazing. I was so drawn in by the FL in the beginning. she executed such cringey situations in a way that seemed more like character progression rather than a forced awkward situation the writers want us to think is funny. idk if that makes sense but idk how to explain it really.
then the ML is all over the place but he nails his part too! all the cheesy shit he says I actually found endearing.
The plot is predictable but I didn’t mind while watching. and I loved that we weren’t swamped down by a bunch of filler side romances. only one side character romance and it only really gets anytime at the very end of the drama.
Is this a must see? not really… but it was def an enjoyable experience

meh but good acting
so this started off strong. the ML and FL have some of the best chemistry I’ve ever seen in a drama. their plot was really good, everything developed nicely and kinda fast. but I was like this is nice to not be dragged along the whole story but turned out it wasn’t a good thing.the story just completely tanks 3/4 the way thru. like the FL becomes an entirely diff person and forgets she’s an intelligent person who has empathy and likes to figure out things and she just starts acting like a spoiled princess who doesn’t see things beyond face value. the only side characters who are interesting at all is ML sister and her Prince An. the others were filler w no added story value. the villains were literally the worst people on earth. all of them were psychotic to the point it made them seem unintelligent. no character progression there really.
overall it was AMAZING up until the last 10 eps then it stops making sense. I’d really like to see this couple together again as a couple (they r in Veil of Shadows together but not as couple) cos their chemistry was literally 🔥🔥🔥

cute light hearted youth romance
This drama was so cute!!! I thought from the beginning that it may have some heartbreaking story line considering the heavy start but it wasn’t that at all. the acting was great, the story progressed nicely. there was some of that annoying misunderstanding due to not communicating but it wasn’t enough to bother me. the secondary couples romance did not interest me at all and I wish there was more development in the BL side plot but I was obsessed with how adorable the main couple was so was all good. just a easy sweet romanceWas this review helpful to you?
drama had gripped
I absolutely loved this drama!! I’m big fan of ML, his acting is always so sincere. the FL honestly she’s never been my favorite but this performance completely redeemed her for me. 10/10.the special fx were TEA!!! so beautiful and cinematography on point!!
the story sometime seemed to hit lulls but somehow added more depth to the bond between the leading couple. I was so invested I was crying so hard during the sad parts. like straight ugly cry 😂 Definitely a slow burn but a very gentle but also powerful romance story. will definitely rewatch one day!!
