I think they wanted to show a women who has been married for some time and gone through a lot of struggles including a horrendous trauma of being buried alive and hence the older actress to make her look haggard!!

To be honest all C-Dramas for me are fast 😃 in my country, the usual trend is 100-200 episodes, doesn't have to be epic or historical or anything 🤦🏻‍♀️ They have been family drama serials which have gone on for 400 episodes 😴💤

It prioritizes quick emotional impacts, frequent twists, and direct conflict over prolonged internal brooding, keeping the narrative momentum highly kinetic and binge-worthy... I don't think people meant fast-paced romance ☺️ The romance is slow-burn!! 😍
