So, I tried to watch its continuation from ep31 only for their parts, but i dont quite get their ending due to the lack of context. I know shs wakes up, but in the cemetery Fang Li tells the dad to take care of her for him. So, what does that mean? Would he not meet his wife?

He does not look 35! He looks older! Interestingly, in every drama he gets casted alongside Wang DaoTie, ZTY is always an older role despite WDT being 37 y/o. They may or may not honestly revealed their true ages but nevertheless it's interesting to see how screen ages work at play.

This drama is based on a novel. However, the drama did not completely adapt the whole novel. Hence, it ended on a somewhat cliffhanger.

Ppl say that the one released now is a rushed one which they had to reshoot because of a contract issue. That's why the demos are different with what they aired. The demos seem to had more budget (more casts), more detailed, and more story continuity rather than jumping between scenes. Everything flows smoothly. I think the demos are better than what they released now. It's sad because the leads don't deserve this :((((

With all the hype and marketing they've pushed through with this in its pre-release. It's unfortunate how It's just a 15-min per episode drama. Wished they had more budget. But, I guess i hope they can deliver a fleshed out story with this limitation.
