Come on, he defeated his master when he was 15 and if he wasnt poisoned, he would have single handedly destroyed the whole Jinyuan alliance at the start of the drama, He was the most powerful individual in the whole world so obviously his 20% is more powerful than anybody, his only problem was that he couldnt maintain his powers without the poison acting up, otherwise no one would be a match for him.
