I havent started watching this drama yet but I've seen some clips and videos of it here and there, her acting isnt as bad as they say, why are people so hard on her?
I saw someone said that LLH was about to have a duel with DFS when he left with a horse and was intercepted by…
I think FDB changed LLH, In the earlier episodes, LLH always wanted to sneak away from cases, in the second case FDB even told LLH that so many people would die if we dont solve this case but LLH told him It doesnt involve me and I'm not interested in being a hero. At that stage I think He only wanted to find SGD's body and then die quietly, But during the course of their journey with FDB, He remembered his younger self values again and I love this and I think it's great character delevopment for him. Regarding why he left in end, I think It was combination of one of 2 reasons, 1, there was no cure for him and he didnt want FDB to watch him die in that state and 2, Because of the emperor, Even if he survived the poison, I think he still needed to disappear in order to not give the emperor any excueses because the emperor only let him go because he was dying (remember he told FDB the emperor took his pulse)
MAJOR SPOILERS - ENDING SPOILERS 1) Unless the emperor was poisoned by Bicha poison himself, wouldn't Yangzhouman…
About the first one, I've been wondering the same thing, But i think He actually gave the flower to the king and essentially ended his own life to keep the peace of the country and also to use it as a bargaining chip to make the emperor let FDB and his father go. If LLH was alive and healthy, there surely would be a power struggle in the future and those Nanyin people might have tried to make him the emperor If they knew who he was and you know how selfless he is, remember he actually asked FDB who do you think is fitter to be the emperor and he asked something like the peace is worth it... So I think I understand why he did what he did🥺
we should wait for the CCTV ending, They might give us the alternate ending there🥹
yeah, that guy is the present king's grandfather becasue the past king couldn't have children so the queen made that pagoda and then cheated with the spy and became pregnant, then killed the spy and collapced the pagoda and pretended that the baby was the past king's baby and a miracle that happened because of pagoda, from then on none of the kings were royal blood and the lineage changed hence the present king wasnt royal blood either, that's why he was so shaken and became depressed after finding out the secret behide the pagoda, because he realised he isnt from royal blood.

The king isnt from royal blood because his father or grandfather is that spy, LLH is royal blood. From what I remember they dont have any relationship together. the king is warry of LLH because LLH is royal blood, where as king himself isnt, So LLH is a huge threat to his throne. Unfortunately the novel hasn't been officially translated to eng yet but one of the fans is going to translate the novel for us

I rewatched many eps as well, but now I've started from the first ep again🤭 Someone already explained LXY's lineage in the comments bellow but it was too complicated and I gave up on reading it😂 If I'm not mistaken LXY is both the grandson of Nanyin princess and also the only remaining royal blood of the central plain? That's why the king was so warry of him and only let him go when he gave him the styx flower. I may be wrong though, I havent rewatched those eps yet so I dont remember it in details
TBH when I first finished the drama I was hugely depressed by ending but after a few days I came to see it as…
In the leaked photos, CY is wearing a grey fur coat and also there's pics of a shack which people say is the shack that LLH lives in at the fisherman village at the end of the novel which we havent seen so far, that's why they say the alternate ending is the novel ending. Regarding the ending that they've already released, the script writer of MLC has said that in this ending FDB and DFS found LLH in the end but whether they found him alive or dead and whether he's fine or not, is up for you to decide🥺 So I choose to believe that he's alive and well🥹 people have already came up with reasonable explainations on how LLH could be fine and free of poison at the end.
I still feel disappointend and unsatisfied with the OP.Endings are always hard to create and after all the good…
TBH when I first finished the drama I was hugely depressed by ending but after a few days I came to see it as a happy ending. Also based on some leaked bts photos, it doesnt seem like they gave us the novel ending here. they shot an alternate ending which seems to be more similar to the novel ending but they havent released it yet, they may release it when the CCTV version ends, we just have to wait and see.
He is a real doctor, he discussed a method of controlling poison w physician guan.. he also know how to use needles,…
Don't you remember in that case he didnt even know what that medicinal herb that that other doctor had with him, was used for? He said something compeletely wrong, It's LLH, he lies😁 I dont think he knows medicine at all, He just knows about poisons because he himself is poisoned.
