I understand but you need to also look at it from the story point. LLH is someone who wants to forget his past, ofcourse he wont be teaching FDB martial arts. He taught him his inner force only to save his life and in later stages of drama he was too sick to do anything else, atleast he left him his martial arts through those notes. As for DFS, he was trying to kill FDB half the story😂 ofcourse he wouldnt teach him anything. Also this isnt really your typical wuxia. It's not about someone who goes from nothing to top of the world. It's about someone who fell from top of the world to nothing. CY actually said this is one of the reasons he liked and accepted this drama because it's not your typical wuxia🤭

By the time FDB finds out who LLH is, he's already very sick, I dont think he'd be up to train FDB when he had less than a month to live, plus they had more pressing matters to attend to in my opinion😅 I actually like the way they approached this matter very much, FDB was forced to level up to save his own and LLH's life while using some tips from LLH too.
Good drama, but it lacks focus on the lead characters developing their martial arts. That is almost an afterthought.…

Right?? I'm watching and the speed in some scenes is slightly faster than normal and then it becomes slow in the next scene, it's a weird combination, looks cheap and unprofessional. I like the OST though.
