No they dont date anyone else. the first break up was in ep 11 (you cant really call this a break up, It's more like they fell out of contact) they got back together in ep 15 (two year time skip) they werent physically apart during these episodes though. second break up happened in ep 31-32. dont know when they'll get back together because it's still airing😅

I think you're skipping way too much😂 Yes, that scene in ep 33 is from the night before granny's surgery. till that day YS was in the hospital himself, that day he discharged himself against medical advice, that night ZJ went to ask him to visit granny, he told her no (to not get her hopes up) but after she left, he himself secretly went to visit granny and stayed with her🥺 before that night he was in the hospital himself and couldnt go visit granny.

Besides, ZJ is the one that didnt tell granny YS was in the hospital (probably to stop her from worrying) If she had told her, granny could go visit YS😔

I think the relationship between the brothers is another wated opportunity of this drama, they could have joined hands and worked together against an outside force. that would have been nice😔

What do you mean too late? he spent the night before surgery with her. Before that he himself was in the hospital, couldnt exactly go visit her. He was dischared from the hospital only on the day before surgery too, agaist medical advice as well
