Need more seasons
I decided to watch the reunion episode before writing a review.
This will include spoilers, so if you’re uncomfortable knowing the endgames, it’s better to avoid reading.
I will start about what i love about this show, i love that they are given 2 months (or almost 2 months), that there is more time to know each others compared to other dating shows which last only a week, not saying that they are bad they aren't, but i wish other gay dating shows cast are given more time to explore too ,as sometimes attraction dont happen immediately but need time to build up.
William/Izaya: While their relationship was problematic and many people disliked them, it was obvious that there is real feelings involved. William wrote his first letter to Izaya at the start of the show, it was clear the interest was mutual. They left once they realized that their feelings are strong and decided to explore them outside the show. That made it feel even more genuine. They could have stayed for more exposure, but they chose not to wait.
The main flaw of the show is that it tends to focus on one couple too much and sometimes it backfires, because they kept showing WilliamIzaya too much and people weren't into their relationship it backfired on them and they got a lot of hate. unfortunately.. but good to know they are still staying strong.
The other 2 couples aren't together and it does happen, sometimes feelings aren't mutual, sometimes it's mutual but it ends up not working for other reasons like uncompatibility.
Overall, the cast is lovely. I liked most of them like Ryuki, Hiroya, and others , and I wish everyone the best.
One thing i do like is that the cast are like s1's cast, that they are close to each others and maintain good friendships and care.
I look forward to another season
