Whether we like GMMTV's actions or not, it's not going to change the fact that he did something nasty in the past, got caught and dragged online, sent an apology (though I know some people are not convinced), and eventually got axed by the company. We can hate GMMTV all day, all week, but let's face it—they'll survive even after all of this and everyone's going to move on to new actors/actresses and their upcoming series.

So let's just focus on the talents that are still there, that are still working (and working hard). Gonna be the last time I'm here. Peace out! ✌️

I have a genuine question to those who are disturbed with GMMTV's action to terminate his contract:

If GMMTV's sponsors, partners, and fans backed out because they chose to keep the actor even when the public outcry was negative—are you willing to shoulder the losses or maybe are you going to be ok with some of them not getting paid or the series getting axed because the sponsors pulled out?

I get that it looks like GMMTV decided quickly on this but I'd bet some of their sponsors saw the issue and threatened to pull out because they can't be associated with it. At the end of the day GMMTV has to decide what's best for the company, it just so happened this time at the expense of one actor's career being cut short.

I just can't help but feel bad for Naoya having to endure all of that to the point that he's punishing himself for hitting rock bottom.

If he really is apologetic and really wants to own up to what he's done, I personally think stepping away from the watchful eyes of the public is better for him. At least then he can actually focus on getting better.

He's not blacklisted anyways so if he decides to come back, be in GMMTV or another company I'm pretty sure he can.
