had so much potential but .. it was just not it, as a sapphic i was so excited to see some wlw but this was so clearly made both by and for straight men with the many and unnecessarily long (and uncut) sex scenes, longest 2 hours and 20 minutes of my life the only thing that made me stay until the end was the amazing actresses they did incredible but yeah skip this one it's not really worth it
if you're debating whether to watch the 2003 version or the 2017 version i'd definitely say watch the 2003 version instead, now i've only watched 7 episodes of this remake but so far they changed some of my favourite parts about the original :/ it feels like they washed out sumire's entire personality (mind you she was my fav character in the original) and thus also changing her dynamic with every single character especially momo :/// acting-wise it's alright but save yourself the trouble and watch the 2003 version instead it's really good
this really did not have to be 16 episodes there's so much filler and dead space you could've cramped this into like 5 episodes and nothing in the story would change lmao
i usually like dark movies with a bunch of twists and turns but this movie just kinda annoyed me and felt slow for some reason, the acting was alright but the ending just... made me even more frustrated
very mediocre imo but that's expected since it's literally about a fujoshi.... i liked the ost, camerawork, the cast and their acting but other than that it was just strange idk i liked mutsumi tho
i was expecting this to just be bad and cringey but it was so funny?? if you prepare yourself for the cringe beforehand it's not bad at all, although the story is lacking and is, honestly speaking, pretty dumb (lmao) i love the characters and their chemistry with eo a lot, it's a pretty fun drama and great to watch if u just wanna laugh at something dumb and cliché, not to mention that it's full of ikemen to simp over hehe
