It’s clear from the beginning that has issues, whether it’s from relationship issues or paternal issues l, we don’t know. Hopefully we see more of why hes like that in s2. But that’s why he’s stoic. Even if he acts reserved, it is obvious that he still has soft spot for Seojoon.

What do u mean he doesn’t seem sad?? He literally has a shirt of seojoon on his bed next to him. The shirt wasn’t in his closet but on his bed , meaning he sleeps with it every night. U can tell he looked sad when seojoon took the shirt back. But sure he doesn’t like sad. We have only seen seojoon’s pov of the breakup, not jiwoo

At least we can kinda understand why jiwoo is the way he is. But with sangwoo, the show starts of with him being a cold person with no reason as to why he’s like that.

I’m not sure if anyone noticed this but in the beginning of ep 1 there was a scene where Seojoon was talking to director of the movie he was in. Behind him Ho min dropped the car keys. The abound was loud enough that Seojoon turned around but he didn’t flinch at the noise and instead continued talking to the director. I think the reason why the sound of the key dropping was so prominent was to show that Seojoon might not be scared of loud noises anymore

Even after heartbreak Seojoon is still his petty caring self. Side note: Is it just me or did Woo Hyeon get hotter? Like in s1 seojoon looked good but in s2 he's a gorgeous god

He's attracted to Jiwoo because even in s1 when Jiwoo wasn't too happy about living with him, he did little things to show that he cares about Seojoon. Jiwoo is loyal and a trustworthy person. He was willing to put his feelings for Seojoon aside so that seojoon's career that he worked hard for doesn't get ruined.

I understand the Jiwoo hate. Believe me, he's not my favorite character right now. But if you look carefully, you can tell that the breakup is affected him as well. Seojoon is the type of person to wear his heart on his sleeve, so we see his emotions more. But Jiwoo is more subtle with his feelings, so you can't just look at in emotions at surface level.

During the scene where Seojoon asked him why he has his shirt, he was quick to say that it's not his problem. But when Seojoon said that he's taking it back, he clearly didn't want him to take the shirt, even though he said he didn't care. I don't like Jiwoo right now, but I didn't like him the first time I watched s1 too. It took me a lot of rewatches to fully understand him as a character, so I'm not going to immediately judge him like I did in the beginning. All I need is a strong reason as to why he left. Hopefully ep 3 &4 dives into Jiwoo's story cause the parts that we may think were the happiest moments for Seojoon can be entirely different for Jiwoo.
