Another thing I wanna address is that I se people saying that the new characters are useless. But HDS literally put them there because they serve a purpose. Jiwoo didn’t get to see how seojoon reacted when he left him but through Yoo Ha, he’s able to see just how much pain Seojoon went through for 1 year. He now knows how frantic Seojoon was during his disappearance, and that’s what gave him the courage to break down his walls a bit.

Okay first of all, why do some of y’all think Jiwoo is straight? That man is not straight just cause he has an ex gf. Jiwoo was the one who fell in love first. There was no part in s1 where Jiwoo was questioning his sexuality, so the audience knows that he has no problem dating a guy. And Seojoon is clearly not straight either so I don’t understand how people are saying Jiwoo is a straight man.
I think this needs to be said. Just because the ending of the s1 was the bed scene doesn't mean the problems were solved. They got together after the blackmail with Seojoon was over so we didn't see them talk about their differences in personalities in s1. HDS is giving us the consequences of what happens when you don't talk about things before going into the relationship. She's showing us that if two people do not talk about their insecurities before entering a romantic relationship, it's gonna lead to their downfall.
You can have thoughts about the direction of the show and how its not going the way you wanted. But NOTHING, and I mean NOTHINGGGG is beating that kiss scene. All the other kbls are on the ground compared to what KangHyeon did NOTHING IS TOUCHING THEMMM!!! They took their crown back and they're never letting it go!!!

Wanting to watch a light and fluffy show is fine, but to think that TMS was a light and fluffy from the beginning and is annoyed by the new season is handling the characters means you did not fully understand s1. There was always angst from the beginning, but instead of it being angst from the plot, it was the pain that Seojoon and Jiwoo felt with their daily lives before they met each other. Since s1, we know that Seojoon gets no pleasure in life. Even though he was smiling since ep 1, he was literally depressed. He was narcissistic to Jiwoo about money because he has met people who only like him cause he's rich. Then you have Jiwoo who has trust issues, feels inferior and useless. Those feelings were always there. Sure, loving someone can help with those insecure feelings, but it doesn't automatically eliminate all the problems in life.
