The romance is so good.
The lines are so good.
The chemistry is so good.
The second couple are so in love I cannot take it.
2nd FL wins best Second Female Lead E.VER!!!
The ost is a feel good ost
The whole drama is a feel good one.
I expected a heavy melodrama I'm glad it isn’t …or is it… turning into one.
I wish it was longer. I watched it so quickly and it felt like it left a greater impact.
Also it felt like old dramas; a drama with a plot, not just a concept. I really enjoyed it, a lot.
I’m so happy writers like this one exist. Her dramas are always full of soul and love. They don't feel like empty shells, with an empty concept. Yes, they all become melodramatic and maybe draggy but I don't mind that, because it does have meaning in some way.

A drama that focuses on the romance between the leads.

Slow and quiet, angsty melodrama.

This drama is so ahead of its time.

The music is really good, the acting is so cool, beautiful cinematography, and has a really good quality in terms of directing given the time it was aired.

Although it was a summer story that I watched in the middle of summer, but it felt like winter (because of the AC lol) but really, winter is my favourite season and it felt like it.

Son Ye Jin and Song Seung Heon. Need more?

A beautiful heart warming story, tangible love and great music. The drama is realistic such that fantasy is not overwhelming. It carries a beautiful message.
A drama that still has the comforting essence and of k-dramas from back then.
A very lovely drama as lovely as the poster.
Go Won Hee was so lovely and Shin Sung Rok as Seo Yi Do was such a tough looking sweetheart.

Fantasy is the genre I avoid the most. But as you see I really like this drama so much. It managed to capture my heart from the start and it continued so beautifully, then painfully. I always fall for these drama traps; when it start out light and likable then enters your heart discreetly and cause you pain.

This was my first time watching Kim Nam Gil (this review is from March 2020)…Kim Nam Gil’s acting amused me and made me so emotionally invested. He managed to play a laugh-out-loud funny character, but also the painful look in his eyes was no joke, his attitudes, his actions. Yeah he was the star.

The drama had a very interesting content; oriental medicine, and managed to not bore me like the usual routine of medical dramas. Also the time travel thing did not feel cliche, overdone, or badly executed. It was very interesting, fun, and meaningful. It was quite unique here.

The chemistry was very much there, but most importantly, the story was carried perfectly, without leaving any uninteresting holes or spots.

The music fitted the theme very well and grew on me. The OST reminds me of earlier dramas feeling in a nostalgic way.
The historical-modern interactions and attitudes were interesting.

It is not easy for me to like a female lead like Yeon Kyung. I don’t like female leads similar to her. But She managed to play a strong person but still a fragile and delicate female.

That is how it is supposed to feel. Yes it feels sad and happy, but not torturously, heart-wrenchingly depressing. This is how a kdrama is supposed to feel like.

Ah Kim Nam Gil is now one of my favourite actors.

"The Korean war was nothing compared to this drama. Egh, hyo, hyo, hyo, hyo."

Hilarious? check. Great romance? check. Distressing? check.
Entertaining? Double check. Dramatic? Triple check.

It's a complex family drama that deserved the sky-high ratings when it aired.
I would laugh hard, and feel really sad few times within the same episode.
Great ost. Really good soundtrack that deserves recognition. And most importantly, it fits the drama so well.

The drama is not heartwarming and cozy. It is about getting over all kinds of difficulties and conflicts and healing. It is also funny, has the best romance, and so much drama.
At first I hated the guts of some of the characters, and I still do. But they were family that cared about each other after all.

The sweetest, cutest, most compatible couple is in this drama. It makes you squeal in happiness. They were like a match made in heaven. Their romance was so beautiful. And their scenes were SO cute.

Way better than other, more popular dramas. I got so excited, laughed from ear to ear, bit my tongue. At the same time felt sad about how much people have to go through in this drama.
Never-ending problems. The drama deals with so many things. The writer was attentive to many realistic details.

FUN-FACT: the actress playing Subak, the daughter who keeps bragging about going for Miss Korea, won the 1989 Miss Korea beauty pageant for real!

Rewatch value is high because it's really funny and it's even funnier when you understand the puns and the humor. Because reading the subtitles wasn't everything. Understanding some Korean adds so much depth to the meaning.

At last I'd like to end with some wisdom "Put yourself in others' shoes" (Wang family's Motto)

Lawless Lawyer is definitely enjoyable and it is my first time totally liking Lee Joon Gi.
Other than it is of a good quality, I really loved how sometimes they showed us some scenes from afar, without sounds, only actions. It said so much.
The story is quite good as well. Plus, I really love the main characters and their names for some reason. They were catchy.
Something else that i like about this drama is that the ‘childhood connection thing is not done in a cliche manner like many dramas do.
The action is a bonus.

DON’T let the number of episodes chase you away.
It is a very easily watchable sageuk (historical k-drama) that you might love.
The character of the king was very fun and lovable unlike usual kings in other sageuks.
And Dong Yi is a very lovely person
And you don’t know whether to sympathize with or hate the bad people.
It very enjoyable overall.
And it keeps you wanting to watch more. It doesn’t get dull.
You may want to skip the first five episodes if you’d like to jump straight into the plot. Don’t deem the drama worthy or unworthy based on the first five episodes skip them to get to the main plot.
A drama worth investing your time in.
It keeps getting more interesting.
Exciting, sympathetic and made me cry.
It knows how to frustrate the viewer then satisfy them.
Really romantic (innocent but lovely).
I got tired at some point during the dragging part, but it was all worth it.

Brilliant music! Unique sense of humor! exceptional taste of drama.

disclaimer: I've watched 14/30 episodes

It slightly reminds me of Prison Playbook; the comedy and how everything happens quietly.
It is also a bit realistic. Not too much that it takes out the dramatic effect, but only enough to make us relate.

The dark setting also gives a unique vibe to it. I seem to only like to watch in the dark.

The father is the most hilarious thing; and their relationship with the baby is so cute.
The atmosphere between the workers is not portrayed excessively unrealistically.
And most importantly, an adorable couple that hooked me up to the drama.

Everything is perfect. There are many moments that touch your heart and make you smile really wide. Every moment is enjoyable.

Like many dramas based on a web-stories the story is quite shallow, and the plot isn’t rich.
However, the sweetness of the romance makes up for it more than most dramas. It is a matter of the mood and the preference, to be honest. I could have given it a much lower rating if I was looking for a drama with a convoluted, realistic plot. The chemistry is good, and the drama is really light, I keep wanting to watch the next episode without feeling overwhelmed. And as sweet and light as the drama is as much as it keeps me thinking about it. The music is lovely as well.

I hate trailers that spoil anything about the story. But the trailer that I saw only contained what emotions will be there. After watching the teaser trailer ver 2, I couldn't wait.

I started watching it mainly for the parents cast (this isn’t like me, but the performance of those ‘parents’ from other dramas really grabbed my attention) after I saw the trailer and the poster I got this excitement I used to have when I blindly went to watch dramas based on curiosity. I don’t watch ongoing dramas the wait is hard… so I had to wait for almost half of the drama to air.

Just like there is no all-good person in the world, there's no all-bad person either. There is always more than one side. This drama shows some ridiculous acts but justifies how each person feels. It goes very slowly, it is a drams that you might want to pursue, cherish and admire for a longer time. You feel many things watching it. It explores everything in detail not leaving anything out. it makes you cry, laugh, smile, get excited along with them, and sympathize. But you need patience and an open mind to thoroughly enjoy everything about it. Because it is not a shot-like drama or story where the succession of events is fast and you can see progress quickly. In fact, everything goes at a natural pace and everything comes out when it is time.
살짝 is enough sometimes when the alternative is nothing at all. (Kim Cheong Ah's influence ;) )
and I definitely cried a LOT during the first half (quarter).

What I have come to love in long family dramas is that they focus on many things that help us get to know how the characters live, feel etc and not only focus on a defined plot. Although it gets prolonged but it means to engage us with the characters so it always feels better after watching a long drama because you got to know your favourite character better and understand their feelings.

Captivating. It is a drama with no special element, I have watched the original version, so everything was predictable and cliche and I am not supposed to like it because I didn’t love the original version very much. But everything is just captivating and I cant explain why. Maybe it is Tae Oh’s charm, or the vibe that everyone’s friendship gives…Anyway it is a very refreshing, very easy to watch and a drama that can feel like a friend of yours.

I’ve never written a drama review before; I’ve never felt that I needed to write one this badly, but I think it’s time I start doing that.

This drama has been so wronged by the rating.

It never bored me; the plot so well written, well paced, characters are lovable, antagonists are understandable (so far), conflicts are realistic, and don’t get me started about YSY.

“I wish I wasn’t me” 저 제가 아니었음 젛겠어요 the line killed me.

Radio romance is a story without worry; you can watch it without any worries, but you need ease and patience. It is passionate, slow, romantic, sometimes cute and heart-warming. Every layer that comes out is even lovelier. I don’t want to stop watching it. I don’t want it to finish. It is not a story with many events nor it is exciting, but it makes you expect and look forward to what to come all the time, and you have to patiently wait for it and enjoy the wait. It is like listening to the radio at night although I don’t know what that feels like; with smooth music just like the drama itself. even the OST sounds like beach waves, sunset and clouds with purple with a cool breeze in a car ride with a strong heartbeat.

I’ve fallen in love with Jeju Island. People are simple, the story is simple, the drama is simple, yet everything is wonderful. It is a story that is far from the influence of a complex city and complex problems. Everything looks more bearable when it happens in Jeju island.
