We had 3 happy LGBT couples at the end hereIt just wasn’t the couple some audience wanted, but it was a HAPPY…
I agree! We've had a fair share of sad engings for many LGBTQ+ couples in the last 30 years or so but this is not one of them. Times are changing for the better, I see less and less gay TV shows ending in a tragic ways and it was big time, and it shows that although we still have a long way ahead in terms of awarness and accepting of the LGBTQ+ community things are getting better and better with time. Thank god.
I really hope Job gets all the recognition he deserves for interpreting such a complex character like Nut. His acting was absolutely stunning throughout the whole series, it always felt like I was watching a real person struggling with his life and never a TV drama. What an amazing actor he is. If he doesn't get an Oscar for this I don't know what else would get him one.
If you're reading this comment and you are undecided whether to start watching this series or not, please do yourself a favor and watch this masterpiece already! And please, don't mind the comments about this having a sad/bad ending, 'cause it's not the case. ENJOY! ♥
I'm a bit surprised at the reactions here. I think maybe we're getting too conditioned to formulaic BLs. Normally…
I'll never forget this series, it left a deep impact on me like very few other shows did. And God knows how many movies/series I've watched so far! But this TV show is a masterpiece that will stay in my mind for a long time, 10/10.
Well said. I think the unhappiness that the crowds are having resulting from:* Nut's seemingly wavering love (to…
This is spot on, I couldn't agree more with all your points. This is the 1st BL I've watched where the 2 main characters don't end up together but one of the 2 ends up with a support character who had a lot less screen time than the other main character... So no wonder people got invested so much into the 2 leads and are upset/confused/unhappy about the ending...
"and now decides so easily to give himself up" it's not easy for him. He was sad when he realized that his life…
I agree! Everything changed in Tofu's mind (and heart) the moment he realized Tarn would have never woken up If he kept being alive. Hence the decision to sacrifice himself. Because that was the right thing to do.
I loved this series so much to the point I think it went straight to my Top 5 all time favorite BLs. I've just finished watching the last ep. and I feel overwhelmed with so many emotions it's just crazy.
My opinion might be controversial but I don't get people being upset with the ending, Tofu was a Teddy Bear and its purpose was to support and help Nut facing and overcoming the difficulties of his past and present life which he did perfectly. It was clear once his job was done he'd return a Teddy Bear.
Also, the character of Tarn is so underappreciated, he did literally everything for Nut, to the point his love turned a Teddy Bear into a human being. His attachment to life was relentless and kept fighting for what he believed was right, no compromises, keeping loving Nut after all those years wasted because of Nut's dysfunctional family. For me It's only fair Nut and Tarn got their 2nd chance at love and life! I personally couldn't have hoped for a better ending, I think it sends a beautiful message of hope and never giving up for us all spectators watching.
This is a masterpiece and I'll never forget this series ever. 10/10.
I lost count of the amount of handsome men in this series, last but not least being Vegas... Jesus he was smoking hot in this ep. ♥
I'm loving this series to a whole new level, I swear I've never seen anything like this before and you can tell people we'll use it as a reference for future BLs! What a time to be alive! ♥♥♥
I'm not a big fan of body swapping based BL dramas but I have to admit this series was pretty good! Also Win being an adorable "bitch" 90% of the time is my mood! ♥
