This falls into the trap of repeating the same story beats over and over again in the guise of time travel. the main leads were adorable together i wanted to see there romance develop more but they keep rehashing the same story again and again and again by the end of it i felt frustrated more than anything.

I heard this show has some depiction sexual assault.. I am extremely uncomfortable with this kind of stuff and get easily triggered. so i wanna know who this happens to (as in which character) and how much impact that it has overall to the show i mean is this something that show keeps bringing up all the time and how graphic it is. English is not my first language but i am pretty fluent in it. I live in English speaking country after all But i think problem here is the lousy translation. Well mandarin is complicated language with lots of idioms and proverbs which does not translate well into English specially with this type of historical fiction drama that has lot of these "proverbs".
