One thing I found funny is that instead of using subtitles they either made all the Europeans dubbed in Japanese or just straight dressed up Japanese actors in blonde wigs and had them play white characters lmao XD

I actually really liked the first episode, even though I'm not sure if it taught the right lesson. The production value is good, I enjoyed the magical realism aspect and I look forward to the increasingly labored baseball metaphors.
