This drama was depressing from start to end. It was like watching a trainwreck in slow motion but I just could not stop watching it. Great acting though. 8.5/10.

They should have let Yukino survive. Her life was endless series of tragedies, she deserve another attempt at living. But with all she went through, at least she's at peace...

WOWOW makes amazing dramas. They might not always have the best stories but the acting, the production value and the cinematography are always magnificent. This drama was no masterpiece, but still way above your average jdrama and definitely better than your usual kdramas or cdramas.

Yoshine Kyoko should do more serious roles like this, I liked her acting in this drama.

Tsumabuki Satoshi is such an amazing actor, since Orange Days. And he looks so diff now! He lowkey looks younger too somehow.

I like Aoi Wakana, I like Kumada Rinka and Sano Hayato but, to put it in scientific terms, I just couldn't vibe with this movie. I found it really slow and boring even tho the cinematography of the pretty countryside was amazing. Dropped.

The leads from Marry Me are in this. They were so cute in that drama! Can't wait for this to air. Hope it will…
what were the odds they'd be in another drama together so soon? wanna watch just for them!

I really liked this movie. Story wasn't anything special but the music and the acting was amazing. As usual with Japanese movies, the cinematography was gorgeous (as was Kubota Sayu). 8.5/10

I respect your opinion but I would like to point out - I really dislike how so many users on MDL just blanketly…
Yeah, this attitude that most people have that jdramas are bad just bc they saw a bad LA adaptation one time drives me nuts!

Just started this and it's good. As usual, trust Japan to do a remake well!
This is the best take. Sometimes, the jdrama remakes are better than the originals lol

Motoharu has changed! He didn't lead Mio on at all and he tried to keep a distance from her, both for her and Tsuyama's sake. He's actually a good guy at heart. It hurts to see how everyone blames him for absolutely everything - and he just takes it! Different guy from what we saw in the first ep.

I agree, I don't see chemistry at all. It seemed like the writers decided to add drama between the two instead…
Lol, in my experience, the jdrama remakes I've seen are much better than the kdrama originals XD

Next ep. Mokomi's brother Shunsuke is finally going to let it all out. It's nice to see all the family members…
I'm still uncomfortable about how everyone treats Grandpa's creepy ass affair. Sure, Mom is toxic and blames all her troubles on other ppl but she's right about how messed up her father is. Eww.

So Shunsuke doesn't like his coworker at all? seems like he low-key hates how bossy Suzune is but she, on the other hand, kinda likes him.

Next ep. Mokomi's brother Shunsuke is finally going to let it all out. It's nice to see all the family members finally stop bottling it all up. Finally coming clean about how they feel is probably the best thing they can do this side of going to therapy XD
